This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

The hotel is located in a very busy intersection and traffic can get very noisy most of the time. The AC was not working properly but I think that's in every room. And the wifi was not working most of the time.

The breakfast was excellent. It was fresh and a very large variety of items to select. The dining room was always clean and the two servers were always very helpful and paying attention to every guest need. They always tried to keep the tables clean and free of clutter. The room was always clean and comfortable and the cleaning crew was excellent in maintaining the room very clean. The room I was assigned had an excellent view of the city and was quiet. I was able to sleep very comfortable every single night. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, coffee shops, bus stops, ATM machines and other small businesses that makes your stay at the hotel very convenient.

The location of the hotel was ok, located in a very busy intersection. But that didn’t stop the hotel to be as great as it is. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and I was able to sleep like a baby. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, breads, few selections of cheeses and ham, veggies, and a few drinks. Plus they had very attentive and nice waiters making sure our needs were met. Also the room service was great. My room was sparkly clean every single day I was there. And so was the rest of the hotel. The gym is small but enough to break a sweat and the wifi was ok, better than the other hotels I’ve been. To sum it up, I will definitely stay here again in this excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

Hotel is very well located, it has a Carulla supermarket about one block away, and Unicentro Mall is 10 min. by taxi. Very near to the Zona Rosa and Andino Mall. Also, If you plan to take any certification at the Centro ColomboAmericano, this hotel is your BEST choice since the hotel is located at a 5 min. walk.

Nice decent room in a great location. Malls and restaurants were in walking distance. It was easy to walk to the bus station.

The furniture in the room was a bit old. The drain in the shower was clogged so the shower area was slippery.

I really like the staff all are very nice !! The location was very good, a lot of difference places to visit and near to hotel (restaurants, Banks, Supermarket, Shopping, Parks,Coffee shops 😀)

The breakfast, is too expensive for the quality of the food. But the staff all are excellent 👌

My internet was not working reported to staff at front desk on two occacion,my son had a leak in his bath room same thing with the same staff.

I like everything about the hotel an the hospitality of the workers.

The only think that i didn’t like was the remodelation noise.

The service is excellent, in the reception, restaurant, the cleaning service, and parking. All our questions and requests were solved very quickly. The breakfast is very good, and all the staff was a super kindly and very available to collaborate.

Breakfast was really good: fruits, soups, cereal, fresh fried eggs and even a detox drink. The service was also on the highest level

As the hotel located on a road intersection it could be loud in the room.
