Beautiful suite, beautiful building, nice restaurant, gym and pool and staff very nice!

The road in front, railway and the noise sometimes don’t make you feel nice!

The location is great for those looking for a place in the north of the city, conveniently located for the 93 Park and Usaquén. However, the streets in front of the building are rather loud and despite the soundproofing, the noise filters thru.

There was a very modern stove with new pans and pots, but there was no knife for cutting vegetables, no cutting board or a stirring spoon. There was also no dishwashing liquid. It is not very convenient if you actively plan on cooking. We did get a sponge upon request. to clean up the dishes we were using for our breakfast cereal.

The was a slim black girl who works on reception with dental braces she was so helpful, she even went out her way to make unannounced room calls at 1 and 2am. They all seemed to be offended when I asked them if they had windows, televisions, electricity and beds in their apartments. They also seemed very offended when I asked if they lived In a tent in a park or a building. The cafe was so clean and they got my order right every single time (not really). They take 10 mins every time to process a bill, they could not do simple mathematics, my breakfast was missing tomatoes and they were running round for 10 minutes with their hair on fire looking for Ketchup, the beer was nice an warm to drink and they just expect to be tipped all the time, don’t do it, politely say “piss off”. The only good thing about this place is the black girl on reception. She is really helpful. Apparently she has windows an electric at here apartment which is incredible considering she was only getting paid 20 mil pesos a day.

Excellent stay. This my 4th time in Bogota, and it's one of my favorite places I've stayed at. The service is fantastic, I decided to extend my stay but forgot a couple things and they quickly returned them to me. The common areas are incredible (one of the few places I've stayed at that I wished I actually lived here). Really fast internet. There's a bar/cafe/restaurant with a great view and very reasonable prices. The pool, sauna, spa, gym area is basically the equivalent quality that you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. About a 15 minute walk to parque 93, or there's also a few restaurants that are even closer.

The rooms are a little small, but they utilize the closet space and kitchen very well, with built in shelving and cool lights.

Almost everything was good.

The electric lock got messed and we had to wait for another password and it was pass midnight. The staff thought it was our fault, even though we didn’t even try 3 times to block it. They did help us out, but it was uncomfortable to put us on the line, we even suggested for them to check the cameras.

staff not responsive. front desk security was slow. didn’t understand international travelers. poor level of English. kitchen didn’t have any utensils. hotel reps did not respond timely to what’s app.

nothing the property is great located, close to supermarkets and easy to get to park 93 where you can get one of the best restaurants in bogota
