There staff is wonderful! From the front desk, restaurant staff, to the cleaning personnel. Very comfortable rooms. I was in Bogota for work and the location was close to my office and in walking distance to Parque 93. I was originally at the Hilton doubletree and moved here because the Hilton was so noisy. The Movich is far better! I’ve asked out company to book me here for future business trips. Great breakfast (included in my room choice )selection too.

The room and ensuite bathroom was sufficiently large. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was mainly a la carte, but had quite some options. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful in arranging taxis, except for one staff member. Located in a safe area of the city.

One receptionist ordered a taxi putting a unnecessary 5000 COP fee in the ride application, which we only found out afterwards during the taxi ride. Also dissapointing was that the hotel did not offer laundry service, even though they brought me a laundry bag and form. The hotel is changing owner at beginning of 2023, therefore for example some breakfast options were no longer available.

The hospitality from the staff, I arrived previous to my check in time and the front desk offered a rate to check in immediately. The location is stellar in Bogota, walking distance of everything I needed. The hotel has a space to sit and wait for a taxi, to sit and watch the World Cup games which I did! The room was clean and comfortable, it had a mini bar, amenities, a desk, a chair to read, a tv, inside the closet there was an iron table and an iron, there was a blow drier under the sink. everything I needed for a weekend in the capital.

The rooms have these cool curtains that are full black out but they are heavy to move, I would have preferred to have one of those mini robots that open and close the curtains for you with a button.

Breakfast was fantastic; order anything from menu or ask for what you want - and it is free! Staff is very helpful, considerate and friendly - especially to guest with less than good Spanish-language skills. Assistant manager is particularly skilled in fulfilling requests for help - such as assisting with travel plans or arranging for Covid-19 test (required for returning to USA). Always felt safe in this very clean and well-managed hotel.

6th floor rooms are great and their height helps reduce most of the normal street noise. However, on Friday and Saturday nights you may encounter planned fiesta celebrations on the Hotel's 7th floor terrace, which can continue until about 11PM to midnight - so music can be a bit loud (but tolerable) on the floors immediately below. It added to the "flavor" of my travel experience, and for me it was just a minor nuisance that I could remedy by turning the volume up a bit on the room's TV.

The breakfast was very delicious but the best part was the staff at the restaurant. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome.

I liked everything about the hotel, the only thing was the the curtains in my room did shut all the way and the light came in a bit early so it made it a little hard to sleep in after a night in the town but it wasn't a big deal.

located in the a very classy area of Chapinero neighbourhood, the hotel is overall great. it is walking distance (15 mins) from the bars, restaurants and shopping of Chapinero. breakfast was good, while it is not a buffet, the menu is comprehensive lovely staff, very helpful offering advice and directions, calling taxis etc bathroom in our room was super large and nice

Location was great, very central. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I had dinner one night. It was good, not exceptional.

I have no dislikes about this hotel. It was well located in a good area of town. Other restaurants and attractions were within walking distance.

Modern, comfortable hotel in a good location. Staff were really helpful in booking taxis and giving advice on what parts of the city to visit.

The rooftop is a selling point for the hotel and the only real main hospitality space at the hotel but unfortunately it was closed for a private event.

Good location, quiet area, decent sound proofing (it is important, because most Colombian hotels are very noisy).

Breakfast is very simple and untasty, restaurant, in general, is so so for 5 star hotel, restaurant staff are a bit slow and unattentive to guests' requests.
