Positives : - nice room, good shower with nice flowrate. - basic functional hotel, good for spending one night on the way to somewhere else - close to Prado transmi station
Negative : - three pillows provided, one was very thick, the other two were like sleeping with your head on wood. I got neckache the next day.

If this is a Hotel, it should offer meals. I was told you do not offer meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner). It only offers snacks and soft drinks, and in most of the hotels they offer breakfast.
My first impression was that it did not seem like a Hotel, but maybe it was a confusion.
