Good suites, great staff, clean rooms, good location

Some issues with facilities in room which were fixed, Apert from the safe which was broken. Basic cooking utensils, I had to ask for extra which I was given and a knife for cutting. You have to order breakfast in advance the night day before and it is delivered to the room

Delicious food!; however, it would be better if more options available, but overall it's very good. The room cleaning process was very impressive.

I have to say that all staff were very kind, and the management was always accessible and helpful when needed it. I don't have anything to complain about the facility nor the staff. Great work guys!

The location is great as it is close to shops and public transport. We went out to Usaquen to have dinner a few nights and the ride there is only 5 min. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue about noise at the top floor due to building works happening but Mauricio and Camilo sorted this out straight away and moved us to another room. The cleaning service was great and I felt very safe at this apartment.

There were building works taking place on the 8th floor but as I said I was moved to another room that didnt have noise problems. The shower floor is very slippery so I would suggest the maintenance manager to change the material and put something to avoid people falling.

clean with very friendly and helpful staff, who were very nice despite my lack of Spanish. good location with an on-site barber and a supermarket close by.

my first room was very noisy due to proximity to a busy road. but the staff moved me to another as soon as they could.

Big rooms, friendly service

We had to leave soon so we told them to have the breakfast early ready. Unfortunately we got it an hour later so we were in an hurry. Also it looked like they didn’t register our order right because we got only the half of what we ordered

My boyfriend, my puppy and I were supposed to get to Bogota at around 6pm and had let the hotel know. Our flight was changed and we ended up getting to the hotel around 1am. Ivan was there to greet us, he was extremely nice and helpful since we had a car & needed parking and we also had a hyper puppy at that time. He went above and behond to make us feel welcome and explained everything to us, more than willing to help no matter the time. Breakfast the next day was great, due to covid they bring it up to your room but you get to call and ask for what you want. OVERALL A GREAT ONE NIGHT STAY!!

Large and clean apartment with balcony. Kind and helpful staff.

I brought some food to cook but there were no pots, pans etc. so I could only use the oven.

Beautiful room very well equipped and modern furniture. Across the street there is a huge supermarket which is great and you find transportation easily. Beautiful building, amazing bedrooms, really nice surroundings.

No complaints, maybe the rooms should have a Microwave.

Good location, fast WiFi, general manager was excellent and he spoke perfect English which was more than helpful for us. Big comfy bed and large tv with netflicks. Dog friendly

Kitchen was not well equipped if you like to cook your own food as we do. However I am sure if we would have asked they would have tried to accommodated

Camilo and Eric are the best. They helped me a lot and made me feel at home. It's a great area that has access to so many facilities. I will definitely visit Hemma again. Muchas gracias!
