We chose to stay here because it's right around the corner from our family member's apartment building. They don't have air conditioning, so we don't sleep well at their place. We have stayed at Ayenda 1406 Depeapan 4 times now, usually 3 to 4 nights at a time. My husband & I & our 12 yr old son stay in a triple room with a double bed & a twin bed. The rooms are very clean. You can hear the traffic a little but not too much. But the best part is the air conditioning is super cold & we have hot water to take showers! We love getting up in the morning & going downstairs to eat at the 24 hr bakery with great food! Everyone's friendly, especially the maid! We could stay at a fancier more upscale hotel if we wanted, but we have everything we need here. I would highly recommend! Also, there are plenty of great little restaurants within a short walking distance.

It's a little cramped for 3 people, but we make it work

The entrance to the hotel in is the back corner of an open-air, buffet style restaurant that served very good food. There are shops, restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. The air conditioner was good and cold.

Little or not hot water. The Wifi was out the first day but when it came back on it was strong. Elevator broken but not needed. The restaurant staff is also the hotel staff incuding having to leave their stations to register or check-out a customer from the hotel.

The location is right above a bakery which is great whenever you need a quick breakfast or lunch (the coffee there was great!). I also found the employees to be rather kind and helpful. There was a number of good restaurants within walking distance and two pharmacies nearby if you needed toiletries, snacks, etc.

The rooms themselves are interesting. If you're a heavy sleeper you should have no problem. The rooms were designed with two windows that point towards the hallway. This is rather problematic as there is a motion detector in the hallways that brightens the lights whenever there is movement. Which was kind of overwhelming whenever I tried to fall asleep. Additionally, the bakery did bring some noise costumers at night. It is a great convenient stay at a great price if you own an eye mask and/or ear plugs.

There was no hot water, only cold. Too much noise you can listen every thin from outside. Out of that everything was good.
