The boutique was located close to El Peñón, Downtown, and Granada. Beautiful places to “tardear” and chillout with friends.

Staff in the front desk, kitchen, and maintenance were very friendly and the were eager to help during my time in the Boutique.

The hotel was very clean, fun, lively, and relaxing all at the same time. The staff is so helpful. The reviews I found online before were on point. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy.

Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very secure gated entrance. The location was great to access the restaurants of San Antonio and close to Salsa Pura just down the road where we enjoyed a salsa class

Very small criticism that the aircon unit was a bit noisy and didn’t seem to have any cooling effect and just acted like a fan but fine for the Cali climate.

This is lovely hotel, colonial in style with a fountain in the middle of the property. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were so quiet and clean, and the neighbourhood felt quite safe to walk around at night. There are lots of restaurants in that area.

I would say that the breakfast could use some improvements. It was a very basic eggs and toasts. The fruit juice was watery, and the fruit was over ripe.

The room is spacious, has AC and a fan. The hotel is beautiful. Also, the security in the hotel is great. They have a camera on the entrance and the door is locked at all times. You have to ring the bell and wait for them to let you in.

-Breakfast starts at 6:30am and I had to leave at 5 so we didn’t have the chance to eat. -The hotel has a black cat as a pet. He roams the lobby.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and good linens. Overall very clean and secure throughout. Lots of great restaurants nearby, easy walk to Centro. Staff happy to help with any logistics. They'll help you in English or let you practice your Spanish!

Breakfast was good, but toward the end of my seven day stay it was a little repetitive. I was in heaven the day they served arepas instead of toast!

The environment of the place was just excellent, the location and the people very nice. If we have the chance to come back to Cali, for sure we’ll be staying in this place.

Maybe because of the heat weather, we had to struggle with a cockroach,, but after couple min it was gone. We understand this, coz due to the weather…

we loved the location, the staff (all friendly, helpful and spoke english well!) it was the most charming hotel amount all the hotels we stayed at that month (Marriott, Eden Revovery, Chipachape Mall hotel).

I can’t fault it. I really loved everything!

the surrounding area could not be nicer in the quaint San Antonio section the room was excellent and I loved the terrace roof. a great place to chill. the staff were so attentive
