The location is nice, and the Flamingo which is on the roof is a great restaurant / Salsa bar . The staff is excellent , Liliana the manager is very professional and helpful . You are around alot of restaurants like Sazon , and 10 minutes from Cantina la 15 and other fine eaterys in granada. I felt safe and I would stay there again.
Wifi could be better but other than that the place is excellent.

staff was kind and helpful the room was comfortable the breakfast was great the noise from the street was greatly reduced by the window
the bathroom should have a mat or floor towel the hotel doesn't have a jacussi the elevator is a little creepy the parking is too small and hard to find the noice from the hallway and contiguous room was very noticeable

Everything was terrible. Terrible staff...horrible rooms, AC did not work properly. Just terrible experience.
