The location of the premises is very central, allowing ease of transportation. The bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were always clean. The staff was very friendly with all the guests and it was an overall joyful experience.

Although the concept of the hotel is contemporary, the structure of the building is very old, and it needs to be remodeled inside, still conserving the outer facade of the building so cultural heritage is not taken away but the hotel is still at the height of today’s architectural needs.

'we received a very big well furnished clean room and bathroom. it was quiet (not 0n the side of the street) and very pleasant to be in. breakfast lounge and veranda were very nice. the price we got was very reasonable. the receptionist VERY nice and helpfull-

The location and breakfast were good. They also had a coffee urn going for most of the day so you could grab a cup whenever you felt like it. Great location.

Room was hot, and opening the windows meant lots of city traffic noise. Bring earplugs and you’ll be set.

We got a very big and nice room. It waS not on the road so it was quiet. (There are rooms face the road). Breakfast was nice, nice donning room. Nice and very helpfull and very nice staff.

The corridors and elevator were not too clean, and need some renewing, or through cleaning. . The lobby looks bad, and downgrades the hotel. Our room was clean and rsally nice.

Room was nice big clean and nicely furnished. Most of the time quiet. Good curtaind ans windows. Breakfast room nice, breakfast ok. With alot of fruit 3 types. People in the hotel really nice and helpful. Big white towels.

The lobby was doudy, out dated and the corridors and lift look as they need a good freshing and they are not spolessly clean.

The hotel was perfect! This is a classic hotel in the city, and although the years are notorious, the hotel is in good condition. It is located downtown and you have a lot of places to visit. The service is great, the rooms are spacious and with all the facilities. I would only improve the mattress, as this is not the most comfortable.

Great location, wonderful room and breakfast, great value. Easy to get to: rode funicular up from bus station, straight 10 minute walk to hotel from there. Easy to walk around.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception whose name I unfortunately forget. Breakfast buffet was great too. I arrived towards the en f of the breakfast hours; the eggs were running low the staff quickly offered to prepare something fresh for me. Thank you !

They had a coffee machine in the lobby that I made frequent use of. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Was in the city centre that's hopping all day and into the early evening,
