Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant has a beautiful view and the food is delicious.

Bathroom in room is extremely small. For me, music in restaurant is inappropriate. Its not loud; but too much bass. Personally, I dont like to feel drums for breakfast

The staff was super helpful. The room was comfortable although a bit small. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast venue was spacious with a nice view of the main square and there was a good variety of choices. The rooftop is a nice place to have a panoramic view the city, sadly it seems that only works at night.

The hotel is in the city center and it was chaotic to get there and we felt unsafe at night. Some people might find it helpful depending on what you are doing during the visit to Pereira. The bathroom of our room was very small and the sliding door was very difficult to move to open or close.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Restaurant on the 11th floor and breakfast on the second floor serve delicious food. Staff is very helpful and accomodating

Our 2 rooms had a standard double bed which was uncomfortable for us and our two teenagers. We would have liked a lighter bedspread, designed for warmer temperatures. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. Rooms could be improved by adding bedside tables on both sides of the beds with electrical connections. it was hit or miss whether coffee, bathroom soap and shampoo were available.

The hotel is a elegant and corporate hotel that fulfills what one expects from such a chain. However the location at the center of Pereira is super chaotic and although nothing happened, we did not feel comfortable walking around. Which made the hotel a simple sleeping location and not a bridge for knowing the city.

The staff was absurdly strict with the closing times of the restaurant at their rooftop. We were offered another round of drinks at 21:50 and at 22 hrs we were told we have to leave, because the restaurant is closing!!

Fantastic Location. Great staff. Fantastic views from restaurant. Delicious and free breakfast. Bed comfortable but only size double. I would stay at hotel again next time I am in Pereria

room was small. bathroom was tiny. I didnt like the loud music in the restaurant. Either I or hotel made mistake on choice of room (double, queen, king). hotel coffee was awful, considering its located in the middle of coffee country

Located in centre of the city, across from Simon Bolivar Square. Lots of shops / restuaurants nearby My studio room was spacious, modern and very clean! It also had a desk / chair for using my laptop. Bathroom was very well lit, with lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly, especially the porters... a big thank you to them for arranging transport to Armenia for me. Included breakfast was plentiful and very good, and the rooftop restaurant is nice at night. I stayed in a studio room, but got a glimpse of a suite, and it looked great.

My room faced Bolivar square, which as a central meeting place in the city was somewhat noisy during the day as an event was happening. I closed the window which sealed out a lot of this sound, and the air conditioning kept the room cool At night all was quiet and I was able to sleep very well. Despite this small issue I would definitely stay again.

The view from the 11th floor was super nice. The decoration in front of the hotel.was nice to see. There was a bar there and breakfast served there in the morning. The room was nicely renovated, the bed was so good. Jhon was super helpfull. He remember us from other stays. We loves our 5 day stay. Seguro que vamos a volver a ese hotel.

The coffee was cold. I hate cold coffee in the morning.

loved the rooftop and the artwork behind the beds. the breakfast service was phenomenal and the staff so pleasant and helpful. I always feel like I’m being a bother but they make you feel welcomed and we’re very warm towards a family with 2 seniors and a toddler. We even got to watch the celebrations of the local soccer teams championship win.

Great place to stay in Pereira. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. There is a nice rooftop restaurant with live music at night. Breakfast was a nice bonus!

The bathroom was a little small, but everything was new and fresh.

Rooftop restaurant was amazing. Food was amazing and beautifully presented, live entertainment. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant evening. Prices are very reasonable. Will surely stay here again next trip to Pereira.
