The common areas at the hotel and the hot springs are excellent both in terms of design and maintenance. It’s a stunning location, too. We were there from Wednesday to Friday, so it wasn’t very busy, which was perfect. The staff at reception and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go back to soak in the pools and take in the beautiful mountain views.

The check in process was surprisingly slow; there wasn’t a line, but it still took us at least 20 minutes to check in. (Maybe we had a trainee helping us at reception.) We weren’t particularly happy with our room. We stayed in one of the “Double Deluxe” rooms, and although the beds were comfortable, the room seemed dark, had less furniture than you might expect, and wasn’t in great shape (including some water damage and/or mould on the walls). Fortunately, as you’d expect at a hot springs hotel, we spent most of our time outside of our room.

The thermal pools are incredible, set in an amazing tropical Garden. Using them during evening/night is fantastic. All the property is very beautiful, but the main building is particularly stunning. Breakfast was great, buffet style with lots of choice.

Cool water pools are beautiful, but so cold, it is not possible to use them during evening at all. Our room, while spacious and super beautiful, felt also a little cold, especially after using pools in the evening. The whole area is extremely beautiful with all the tropical plants, but it is so huge, it is sometimes hard to navigate and find all the poolls,...it would be better to get more directions from the reception ať the check in. Also, the procedures at the reception could be faster. In general, it would be nice to be able to get sime drinks at pool bar from real menu and person, not to have all the time use your phone.

Lovely thermal baths in a garden setting. Our cabana was nice and had a fireplace we didn’t use and a small private thermal pool. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens. The staff was attentive, fresh towels were always available.

At dinner the first night there were a lot of unbussed tables and the steaks were either over or undercooked after being ordered “a la punta” “at the point” (of medium). You’ll likely have better luck. I’d recommend the kitchen use a meat thermometer. The pasta carbonara was good. The third night we went into Manizales and found an amazing restaurant called Ednia

This was a great stay! We stayed in one of the newer buildings, so it had clean and spacious rooms and super comfy beds. The thermal pools were amazing, very relaxing! Breakfast was great too.

They probably admit way too many people on daily passes, so it can get very crowded for the amount of pools they have. They should definitely change their towel policy, it´s very cumbersome having to go down to the lobby to get new towels each time! Probably easier if each guest got a robe, or just two towels in the room per person, so one can be used for the pools and the other one can stay in the room for showering. The faucet on the bathroom sink was TERRIBLY built, it would spill water all over every time we opened it.

Amazing facilities, delicious daily hot breakfast, spectacular views. The service was wonderful and we loved the hot springs in the evening (and daytime). The coffees, wine and other adult beverages were very delicious and affordable

The beds were very hard but we made do. The pool and hot springs area would have been even better if there were lounge chairs nearby and a towel exchange (we used the same towels for showering, hard to get things dry in time). We also would have loved music playing in Spanish at the restaurant and hot springs as the same slow pop in English played for days.

The facilities are very nice indeed. And the mountain view from the hotel is spectacular. Not too far from the major town around. Just a 30 minutes drive . The breakfast is so good, that provides a good start for the day. Staff is generally friendly even though you can tell they are busy most of the time

The access road is not in the best conditions but it's not a long drive. And I suspect the road's maintenance is the city's responsability. The last night and morning before leaving there was no hot water in shower. The hotel's location up high in the mountain makes it more difficult if you don't have the option to shower with warm water.

Breakfast was delicious, the setting is perfect and peaceful.

We had to ask for the internet password and then ask for help connecting. At night we couldn’t get on the system. The internet signal was never greater than the ability to send a Whatsapp text. There were many staff members in the dining/drinking area, but almost always we had to ask them to come over to order more things. We often had to get up to get their attention. They were friendly when they came and immediately brought what we needed.

Affordable rooms in a beautiful setting, this property is absolutely worth a visit. The thermal pools are plentiful so you can expect to find a quiet/alone corner any time of the day. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, the views out of the window were amazing. The restaurant feels a little overpriced judging by the food quality but is worth a visit nonetheless. The restaurant staff are all lovely. This hotel is great value for money and was a pleasure for us to stop at for a relaxing time.

- There is nowhere to dry off your swimsuit/bathers. I have seen hotels with pools have a removable drying line in the bathroom, and some hotels even offer drying bags. Both could easily be implemented here. - You also only get one robe (which you have to request at reception, it’s not provided in your room) for the duration of your stay, it doesn’t get swapped if it gets wet. Be prepared to walk around in a wettish robe, which isn’t the worst thing in the world but is unpleasant when it’s 10 degrees at night. We stayed three nights and had the same robe for the whole time. They change your towels but not the robes? Go figure. - Our room didn’t get cleaned daily, which I was expecting in a good hotel. Overall this is a luxurious hotel and good value for money, but not 5 stars.

breakfast was incredible, staff really helpfully, they have 3 different temperatures in the hot springs so you can choose where to stay. Beautiful facilites. they are willing to change the wet towels every time you need

The menu was very expensive compared to to the quality, there are not much activities to do in the hotel apart from the hot springs and if you dont have your own var is difficult to get in and out the hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool area has changed since 2019. I do think the changes came out nice. Restaurant has good food. Overall, this is a beautiful place in the mountains. Glad they had cold pools because it was hot during the day. I think next time I might come here alone and just relax!

Climate was a little hotter then I remembered from previous years
