Very nice (business) hotel, in the middle of Poblado. Day staff/ reception is very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop bar and jacuzzi is great, friendly staff in the bar.

Night staff is so so. I had to identify myself when coming in after dinner. During check out in morning it seemed a drink was missing from the minibar. I confirmed not taken anything from the minibar. While waiting for check out I was asked another three times (!!) if I took anything from the room. Rather than questioning innocent guests, they better check on the room and completeness of the minibar before checkin. I did not like this treatment, it was inappropriate.

Beautiful new hotel, very well located in the el Poblado area yet still quiet and easy to sleep. Great breakfast. Comfortable spacious room and nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Amazing price. I would absolutely recommend staying here. it feels like a luxury hotel.

Since it’s new they need to work out a few kinks- such as do not disturb signs on the door, shower caps in the room, and they need a better lobby area to hang out in. the lights all turn off in the lobby and they don’t want you to serve yourself drinks, despite s coffee machine and hot water and cups being left out in the lobby. It would be better to give guests free access to this without having to have a staff member make the drink.

The service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my likings. I tend to be a very picky person - they happily obliged to my requests. I travel a lot around the world and fell in love with Medellin. Rest assured I will be back and visiting my new ‘IT’ hotel. *also the lobby has great lighting and amazing aesthetics for those pictures before going out to eat

I would’ve loved if they served breakfast! Unfortunately their restaurant is not open YET! But told me that they will be opening the restaurant soon.

This hotel appears to be very new. Accommodations were very clean, modern, well laid out, with the exception of a strange toilet paper holder all the way across the bathroom from where the toilet was. I only stopped by the breakfast offered 1 time and didn't eat much, but everything was tasty and fresh. Coffee very good. Front desk staff were very helpful with any requests and the location, just around the block from Parque Lleras was just about as good as it gets.

This might not have been the hotel's fault, but my check-in experience wasn't the best due to the company credit card needing to be under my company's name instead of mine. I landed in Medellin, panicked that I might lose my reservation.

It was a new property and it is not a large hotel. The breakfast were good every morning and the staff was amazing.

I only had one negative and that was there was not a coffee maker in the room nor could they provide me with one. They did have coffee in the lounge every day, but I like to awaken in the morning and make my own coffee.

Everything was excellent. The service, location, breakfast. The hotel is not big, boutique style but so beautiful. I loved the rooftop view and the hotel location, super close to parque lleras, provenza and a lot of restaurants. Even though is centric, noise wasn’t a problem. Would stay again. And a special shout out to Alex who provided excellent service.

The hotel design is trendy, room looked new and it was spotless, very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting el Poblado area for pleasure or business, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. They were also kind enough to allow me checking in early at like 11am. In summary, I had a wonderful experience at Selis.

Nice concept. My room was spacious and i loved the spa bath. exactly what we wanted The staff was AMAZING. gave us water bottles at arrival and did everything to make us feel comfortable.

The rooftop was exceptional but closed at 9, so if youre gonna be busy during the day theres little chance to enjoy the rooftop.

It was very new, modern, and comfortable. The location was perfect - in the heart of El Poblado but not on a loud street. The staff was incredibly helpful - Santiago especially went out of his way to help out. The breakfast was great, too. I would definitely stay there again!
