The appartment was nice modern and clean with all facilities on arrival. You could do your own laundry for about $5 . You can walk to nearby malls like Santa Fe and Oveido and to the metro Aguacatala. The Staff was very friendly to me and my family.😊

Not every taxi driver knows how to work with a GPS tracker. And they dont know where the hotel is situated. If you want to pick a taxi make sure they can search the directions on there phone otherwise they will drive you around or just drop you off anywhere😊. Or you can tell them its nearby the Aguatala metro station.

Good location in El Poblado. Safe area, walking distance to the supermarket and mall. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a nice stay and had a good view of the city. Price is reasonable for what you get in return. This is an Airbnb type property as the building has tenants and is not a hotel.

Apartment did not have a wine bottle opener but did have wine glasses. To consider for future guests.

The Apartments are located in a quite and secure district del Poblado. The location of the Apartments is pretty close to the trade center Santa Fe, where you can find all you might need as a tourist - from money exchange to buying some clothes. If you go a little bit further you will reach Park El Poblado where the whole nightlife of Medellin takes place. The room was clean, they allowed me to check in 1 hour before the official check-in hour, which was very nice of them. The personnel was nice and eager to help. The coworking zone is also a nice spot to have a snack or drink some coffee (a very good one btw).

It wasn't clear how to use the washing machine, or where to find washing powder. The first time I found a small bag near the machine and used it, the second time there was not any on any floor. It seems that you should buy your own (and that I've stolen someone's first time).

The apartment is beautiful, has amazing views and the hosts are incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage for us before and after our stay. It's really close to a big shopping mall so we were able to get all of the things we needed for our trip to Colombia. It's incredibly safe and secure as well, with its location being a short Uber trip away from parque poblado where the action is.

This is minor, however, I think that they could have provided a hand towel and a tea towel for washing up dishes. It is self catering, however, I don't think many tourists would have these things to hand.

Great for the location and price. If I am looking to stay with only a couple of people short term, great spot!

Water pressure for hot water was nearly non-existent. Also, paid for room with a balcony and did not receive it. No indication from staff when receiving deliveries or guests.

When I arrived I was having issues with my payment going thru and the rep came down stairs right away. She was very helpful and it got squared away in just a few minutes. Apartment was really nice, comfortable with a great view. Plenty of hot water too. Small kitchen setup with a microwave, toaster oven, stove top. The toaster oven came in handy for leftovers. The Santafe mall was just about a few minutes away at walking distance. Its really nice and about 5 floors I believe. You can order food from wherever but the mall has a grocery store too. And a bank, pharmacy, and food court. Overall great and central location. The facilities are clean and looked just like in the photos. The gym equipment looked nice even though I didn’t use it. Tbh I got all the workout I needed with all the walking around the city. I'll definitely look them up next time I visit.

Actually was incredible experience. I read the reviews and was bit apprehensive. The building is Concrete Building. The design was in my mind perfect for long term stay. The Common work area, coffee shop work out room outstanding! The location was perfect in El Poblado district. Just 3-4 blocks away is Santa Fe Mall--excellent!!! I will be back!!! and I will be staying at Apartamentos Go

Bit of noise but it is Medellin after all. I wished I knew Spanish better. I wish they had more staff that spoke English but it is what it is. Anyway it is bit of learning experience trying to communicate somewhat in Spanish--it improved my Spanish skills Hard for me to think really of anything I did not like. Exceptional experience at least my experience

Room was very comfortable, AC, view was great and spacious , area is safe and near everything.

A bit pricey for local standards but Poblado is always expensive can’t think of anything I didn’t like

space was accurate to photos very modern and spacious and well kept . modern tv , sofa bed , kitchenette with a beautiful view . location was already familiar to taxis or Uber .

bathroom shower door was a little faulty ,wouldn’t stay closed and it would’ve been nice to have received hand towel but nothing major

Limited choices and ran out of the one thing I liked. Location was great.

The stove was not working properly. Three of four burners didn’t work at all Also the carpets were a tripping hazard. Needed to be taped down. Corners lifted.
