the location the staff the cleanliness the attentiveness

the fact the walls are so thin, you can hear the one in the next room coughing. also, guests are very inconsiderate and don’t follow the quiet hours rules. there would be guests sitting in the halls talking loud past midnight. some would be moving furniture around at damn 11 pm. others letting their kids run around like a playground.

The rooms are fantastic, the location in one of the best parts of Medellin and the staff is very friendly!

The was one night when 2 girls at the reception kept talking from around 3 am until 5 am without stopping, that we could hear from the room on the 1st floor. I guess next to it was the staff room.

Great location. Two blocks from Santa Fe Mall and parque Lleras. Super clean and spacious. Beds a little hard but worth the $. Excellent staff and breakfast included. Will return. 🇵🇷🇨🇴

Bed a bit hard

This was a great location in El Poblado, as it was walking distance to the train station and lots of restaurants but far enough away that we couldn't hear any of the noise. The building is really clean, and our room was very spacious. Comfortable AC and lots of room to spread out. Overall, a very nice stay

Firstly I have to say that all of the staff were wonderful, Hilary was super accommodating and constantly expressed interest in our wellbeing. The room was spacious, comfortable and the bed was a good size - internet was good enough to work from. Location is ideal in the center of Milla D'oro with close proximity to everything you could need.

As you will see, there is no elevator so travelling with 6 suitcases was not ideal - we were on the 4th floor ( we could have gone lower but decided we preferred the high floor) - also as the hotel is situated on the main Avenida Poblado, do expect some traffic noise but being on the back of the building helped for sure.

Staff were amazing, extremely helpful and responsive when anything is needed. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Medellin.

The wifi signal can be a little weak at times, but it is still functional and I was able to work from my room pretty comfortably.

Same staff there all the time and were alway kind the week I was staying there. The rooms are equal in quality to that of hotels double the price in the area. Will book here again.

The location was great, we were close to everything

It didn’t offer breakfast and the final price was different from what we got on the reservation on booking

.I like the staff, especially Hillary. Very pleasant with her kindness 💕 My only complaint was that the bed was hard and pillows were not that comfortable. Great location, near malls, restaurants and assecible to the busses.

The staff personnel was really attentive all the time taking care of all my request as soon as possible and very kind to everyone at the hotel The location is nearby many places of interest. The room was neat and clean and very calm in terms of noise. The parking lot might be small but if you are not planning to rent a car this won’t impact you . I found this hotel one of the best hotels in terms of price/quality in the city. I fully recommend it
