Hotel is located in a fantastic location. Close to the mall and a lot of stores/stalls where you can shop just about anything you would need in your day to day living. The hotel can organize to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. It's much cheaper (100,000 pesos) compared to (205,000 pesos) for the others. Staff is very friendly and responsive even though I don't speak a word of Spanish. A few of the staff speak English so communication isn't totally non existent. Breakfast buffet has so many food options you are bound to find something you like.

I would have to be nit picky to find something I didn't like. They are just minor inconvenience and nothing that made me regret my stay at the hotel

Breakfast was good,and the location very nice. For i am keen on plants and with all these plants it makes you feel good,peacefully.

The internet was a bit slow. But there was something I did not like and still not understand. When we came in, I have been charged an amount for our stay. I've swiped my card. But four hours later when I was already in my room there was 29 dollers charged again from my card without any notice,and without knowing the reason.I,ve had already paid and handdle everything with the cashier at the frontdesk when coming in. If so, at the very moment the cashier had to tell me ,and give me the reason of an addishional 29 dollars.

The hotel is fairly small and basic but it's very well located. The gym has a little terrace to sit and drink coffee, but no internet at all.

Not every person at the front desk comes across friendly. Usually the guys are friendlier than the women. The ladies talk to you as if they were doing you a favor to and don't realize you are the reason they have a job! They need some "people" training. The bellboys, waiters and cooks at the restaurant are incredible! They are the ones that make this hotel look good. Most of the guys are pretty helpful and kind. Look for Guillermo and Luis Fernando, they are the best bell boys the hotel has. If you need any kind of information, either for a service inside the hotel or Medellín, go to Luis Fernando, he's resourceful and ready to help always. The two cooks and the waiters and restaurant staff, except the lady, they are all incredible! The maid was also very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was great! The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The location was perfect, it's right next to a shopping center and within walking distance of many restaurants.

The only reason why I would not stay at this hotel is that the internet was not good, I was in my room and it kept dropping the signal. I travel for work and I need a reliable internet connection.

Very pretty upscale property. Super safe area to walk w great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The beds were super hard, to the point of uncomfortable. Ordered a deluxe twin. Rec'd king bed with pull out that had an older blanket but no top sheet. Kinda weird. Lighting not too good to read or pack you bags

I'm still not too happy with the internet. the internet keeps going out, especially late afternoons and late nights.

Clean, great service. Excellent location. Great bed, mattress and pillows. Very good experience.

The hotel is nice, however I wouldn't rank it as a 5 stars. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The best part was the staff, they were so nice and friendly, plus the location it's great.

Overall I think the hotel is not a 5 stars per se, facilities are ok but nothing amazing.

The staff and breakfast buffet were exceptional .

It did not have the incredible views of the hotels I stayed in the last time in Medellín.

The smell of the room and the air conditioning was blowing on the bed, very annoying!
