Everything is top notch and 5-Star! The food is very good at the restaurant. Good breakfast and omelets. Staff was very friendly and Adolfo (server) was the best! Nice and picturesque Jacuzzi and Pool areas. Has a steam shower (need to call the front desk to turn on). Really top notch atmosphere and amenities. Beautiful dining area and very modern hotel with advanced digital features such as digital keyhole, digital room numbers and selectable signs to show status (ie, D.N.D., CLEAN, etc).

Normal beers were about $10USD each (most restaurant and other hotels are ~$3 Club Colombia Dorada), bottles of water were also very high. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner and it is VERY limited. That said, I ordered the same dish twice because it was very good. Not much to see in the immediate walking vicinity and you will need to take an Uber/taxi. The jacuzzi wasn't really warm enough to be acceptable.

Almost nobody speak english from stuff so i had problems with check in, check out or order food in restaurant In room is mini bar but without price list so you don't know how much you will pay in check out. It is very weird Check out was pure disaster.It took almost 20 minutes and the taxi driver wanted to leave without us. I have never encountered in any hotel that you have to wait until someone from the staff counts what you had in the minibar and you had to pay immediately. In other hotels, you just hand over the card and you can go. As I said, no one at the hotel speaks English, but they didn't want to let us leave the hotel until we told them in Spanish if we liked the hotel. if my friend didn't know a little Spanish, we would still be there

Got upgraded to the suite and the room is massive! Great bed and nicely furnished room. Rooftop pool and spa are nice, gym is well equipped. Shoutout to Adolfo at the restaurant, what a lovely man. Location good, quiet and nice green area with easy Uber to city spots

I liked the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean.

I didn't like that my TV was only in Spanish, and when I asked to have it changed to English on one channel (CNN), they said it wasn't possible.

Amazing stay in a nice location of Medellin! 20 mins walking to El parque lleras where you can find pretty much everything you need! Also super friendly staff, helpful and willing to put you in the right direction regarding tours and places to go

Eduardo (desk clerk) was extremely courteous, patient and helpful regarding the fact that I lost my debit card shortly before I arrived to the hotel. He assisted me with checking in and insured that I was able to stay and purchase meals with my virtual debit card.

Facilities were broken. Hot tub was cold. View is great but not able to be used. Same with pool a bit cold water.
