The hotel is in an excellent location. It still holds much of its former glory as a 5-star hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast included was delicious. We only used the laundry service which was excellent and the front desk staff was always attentive to our needs.

It lacks some upkeep. When we were here 13 years ago there was beautiful jewelry on display in the cases of the hotel on the ground level. This time they were empty and looked abandoned. They had replaced the toilet seat in the room with cheap plastic seats. The tub had some damage and should be repaired. The closet was inside the bathroom which we found weird. The classic furniture looked old but remained functional.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were phenomenal. The restaurant was also very good. The minibar was well stocked and I felt the prices were very appropriate. There was also a gym with everything one needs. The staff also allowed me to practice Spanish. They all speak English very well, but were nice to allow me to practice and only used English when I was something I was not understanding. I appreciated this because so often at hotels, staff will only speak English since it is "easier."

I didn't understand why the toilet was essentially next to the bed considering how large the room is.

I liked the breakfast every morning. I really prefer to keep the breakfast in the larger setting as opposed to the bar area. The staff really took good care of us. I would like to mention what a great job Myra did every day at breakfast and I would also like to mention Alejandro at the front desk. He is a very nice and polite guy and speaks English very well. He took great care of us making sightseeing suggestions and ordering taxis for us and he helped us with an internet problem I was having. One reason I stay at the Park 10 is because of the location. Overall our stay was excellent

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is extremely well located: a few minutes walk to Calle 10 but out of the range from the noise and hustle & bustle of Calle 10 and Leead Park. Both the dining Room and covered patio where breakfast is served are very good looking, and the food is delicious. For breakfast try the Arepas de Chocolo: run it through the toaster twice and then spread either butter or dulce de crema. Top with Quesito and enjoy!

super loud music until 1am from an in-house event. no view in tower 2, make sure you get a room in tower 2 facing the park.

The breakfast buffet that was included in the room was nice. It has a bunch of different things like fruit, granola, waffles, some local stuff and an omelet/egg station. The overall property is very nice, you can sit outside in the courtyard and get a little work done. They have an in-house restaurant that has a wide ranging menu, and doesn't seem to get too crowded.

It is not that I didn't like something, this is more like constructive criticism. Room service was inconsistent and could have been better, I asked for more towels and didn't get them, and I thought the minibar could have been a bit more robust considering they say are a 5 star hotel.

Comfortable suite, immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is perfectly located and beautiful, within easy walking distance of great dining. Also, well connected to the airport. The restaurant is good and room service hours are reasonable. COVID testing was arranged for me in my room without any complication.

The breakfast staff didn’t do a good job of explaining where to seat myself or how to order food, so I left. The only time I tried to order room service they were out of the first two items I requested so I ate out the entire week.

Everything was comfortable. The food was excellent. The gym was great. The staff was fantastic. especially Ana at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us to arrange our transport needs on the trip. fantastic!!! We will stay there again.

.food is usually pretty good there and good choices, and creative, so eating there often is not a tough choice. the staff at reception is always kind, and helpful.. bed very comfy and roomy, and bathroom very roomy as well..

due to covid, the breakfast has been modified and you choose with someone helping you.. i am not one to have someone holding my hand when choosing breakfast, so not much in favor of this.. and while the one waiter is helping you, anyone else has to wait... no gym to really speak of, but then who works out on vacation.. not in the heart of el poblado, but nearby, busy streets with many choices for eating, drinking, shopping, etc..

Park 10 is a nice hotel (a fancy one). It has a pretty good location, it’s a save neighborhood and close to nice restaurant and stores in Medellin. You can walk 3-5 min and you’ll see nice places to eat or have a drink. Rooms are big enough and the building infrastructure is beautiful inside.

Restrooms in the lobby are REALLY small, it is uncomfortable to sit and the lights turn off after a couple of seconds (they don’t turn back on at least you get up). Breakfast is supposed to be ‘buffet’ but you can not get the food by yourself (I suppose it’s because of the pandemic) but it is annoying to make a line and ask someone to get the food… Breakfast is not bad, but it is not the best, there are not too many options or variety day to day. The staff was ok, some people were nice some other were not too friendly. In terms of the room, bathrooms must be improved, some stuff still very old.
