The room/location and stuff were nice

The vegan breakfast had no options, it would have been nice if at least the cake in the menu could be a possible selection without having to pay additional money

The property was amazing! We really loved the friendly helpful staff and also there is 24/7 armed security which really gives you a “safe” feeling while being there. Also very organized cleaning staff, they always left our room sparkling clean with fresh towels.

The GEMA breakfast wasn’t very pleasing and they often time forgot to bring us certain items that we asked for in the room service which was kinda of annoying but not really a big deal. Also the room we got had a balcony but no view as it states.. we did not have a mountain view nor a city view… was kind of hoping to get one of them since we specifically booked a room with a balcony for that specific reason but other than that everything was amazing!

Brand new upscale hotel with great patio breakfast and upper restaurant. Luxury accommodation at promotion prices that were too good to pass.El Tesoro Shopping center is 200 meters on a good uphill climb, and beautiful Parque de la Uva is adjacent.

The hotel is about a kilometer away from Zona Rosa Poblado, a decent walk downhill and 3 dollar taxi ride uphill. We stayed there on two occasions, 9 room nights overall, at unbeatable promotion prices that sadly won't last.

Beautiful, brand new hotel in upper Poblado. Booked it twice, 3 rooms x 6 nights. Great breakfast service, warm and kind staff. Walking distance to El Tesoro Shopping Center and beautiful UVA park. I'm sure their promotional price won't last forever, but grab it while you can.

The hotel is a few blocks from the Provenza action, an easy walk downhill and a US$3 Uber ride back. So in the balance/cost benefit, we were still way ahead

Top notch interior design and amenities. Starting from the room with a magnificent view of the Antioquian mountains to the lounge area with comfy sofas and workspaces, I've rarely seen a hotel with such exceptional aesthetics. Had a wonderfully comfortable stay right at the heart of the popular El Poblado neighborhood and was greeted by staff who were helpful through and through (and also extremely fluent in English).

Everything about this hotel, their staff, food, amenities and the overall vibe there was great. Security was also top notch.

SInce this is a new construction and new pipes and sewage, sometimes a weird smell will rise through the sink but they would help remedy that with fresh scents in the sink area.

Made to order complimentary breakfast daily. Rooftop restaurant with amazing food and view. A walk away from a giant mall if you need anything. Easy access to use Uber for all your needs. Hotel was a perfect place to rest.

No pool but that isn't a deal breaker.

location was very relaxing and staff was very friendly. it was just a bit out of the busy city and very peaceful. also close to many malls and very local restaurants.

The service was amazing since we checked in. Roof top was really nice and food was on point. The rooms are very comfortable and so is the bed. Walking distance from one of the best malls with amazing Medellin views. I will stay there again with no hesitation.

It’s very comfortable - it has everything what you need ! Very kind reception ! Especially Christian and Carlos helped us a lot !! Security Mateo also mad his job always good ! Cleaning lady’s were always on point !
