The facilities were modern, well, equipped on the dining was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, and well trained.

This is a boutique hotel, very well designed. You don't really see, from the road, what it is like, but there is a nice ambience when you walk in. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The concierge service was very good, throughout our stay.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which has a good reputation. Unfortunately there is no preferential booking for incoming guests, which is frustrating. The restaurant staff were good about working with us to find a place, but it was at lunchtime instead of during the day.

The breakfast was superb. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The service was also exceptional! All the waiters and staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again at El Cielo when we return to Medellin.

situated in a nice quiet area, the restaurant food choice has limited options in salad but good quality food. I like the pool. standard of the food and drink is high, and nice interior of the room. I love my welcome drink which is like a coffee with liquor.

the menu of the bistro is limited and no salad dishes. they told me only carrots are available!

The staff were very helpful and incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere was great and the decor and design was topnotch. The dining experience was incredible, highly recommend and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable! The added bathtub by the window is very cool, a thoroughly enjoyable room. And not forgetting the glass shower wall with a mirrored ceiling, fires things up!

Room service ends at 10pm however reception is 24hrs and available via WhatsApp. One member of staff was rude on the rooftop at night. The light switches beside the bed could do with a dimmer or cover.

Location. one needs to walk through not a very interesting area for about 20 min to get to the best restaurant, lively nightlife

The customer service was excellent. That was what really made it such a great experience. But the rooms and lobby and the amenities were all top notch as well

Rooms a little larger? And the cost of doing laundry was outrageous.

This Hotel is intricately designed for those whom appreciate the delicious luxurious details in life, from the moment you arrive they make you feel at home, welcomed and highly appreciated. The service is beyond outstanding at every section of the hotel. The decoration is a mixture of native Colombian green foliage with warm wood, high end materials in every area including luxurious plush bed linings and high end lighting design. I could not be happier. Every member of the staff has a genuine attitude of making you feel "taking care off" and their main objective. I will always stay here from now on when I am in Medellin.

Excellent breakfast, outstanding quality of food in the bistro, flawless and friendly service, the bed was extremely comfortable, high quality decor, safe location near to many bars and restaurants
