Very comfortable and spacious room! The hotel is also in an amazing location. The breakfast included was great

The room wasn’t very clean. There were some hairs on the bed and gum stuck on the bathroom wall, which is quite gross

Rooms are loud: could hear the neighbors alarmclock in the morning and putting the phone back on the nightstand; hear the neighbors have sex, hear coughing and hear traffic from the streets. 2 times the cleaningladies did not come, or came but didnt change the towels and left us with fewer towels than we got originally. So we had to go downstairs ourselves to get some (so we both have 1 for the shower) and get toiletpaper.

Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and stunning lighting and decor. The room was very spacious and room 603 was on the highest floor (except for the rooftop pool) and had a large balcony that was not overlooked and with amazing views over the mountains! Beautiful shower area, hot water takes a while to come but it is good and has great pressure. Netflix and other apps on the TV. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Blackout curtains. Great air con.

Nothing to complain about. Yes there is noise but this is El Poblado in Medellín, and in general we found that all of Colombia is noisy! You get used to it, or bring earplugs. If I was being really picky I'd say the (beautiful) bedside lights could be dimmer as they are pretty bright and light up a lot of the room if one person wants to sleep whilst the other reads.

nice modern, cool, clean rooms, staff very friendly when checking in, breakfast was nice as well, if you have any problems you can just ask them and they will try to help you the best they can. I’ve been to Medellin a few times and the location of this hotel is great, very central. it’s a new hotel and I hope it goes well for them if I ever go back to Medelin I will stay here

this isn’t a negative to put you off I just feel it will help the hotel in the long run as it’s a brilliant place to stay. - pool area isn’t very good it’s very small and I feel that space could be used better but at least they do have some sort of pool

View from balcony spectacular at night. Very nice finish to rooms and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurants very close. Terminal Sur only 5 minutes away in taxi.

Not a criticism of hotel; but not a fan of Medellín. Only use it for a night in transit. Despite popular opinion, I can’t see it has changed much in 25 years. I suppose it’s great if you’re into Escobar tourism or following the well beaten backpacking routes.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel ls clean and safe. It has a good AC. Everything is in walking distance. The metro is reachable in 15 minutes. The breakfast is fine with small changes every day and includes fresh fruits

Only on some days i have received juice, beside coffee or tea. There is always music, which you can hear. If you want to have a totally silent room, just be aware of this. For me it was totaly fine

I love the boutique feel and the location. You can literally walk out and be in the midst of everything in Comuna 14. The staff is very polite and the good was pretty good.

The rooftop pool is definitely not worth visiting. My fire alarm was situated right by the shower, which would go off when the shower was on due to the steam.

The location was indeed EXCELLENT!! Zelva Negra was walking distance to all restaurants, sightseeing, shopping and activities. An upscale hot continental breakfast was served to each individual guest upon arrival in the restaurant lobby setting, ZN rooftop pool was a definite delightful vibe, quaint in size. Zelva Negra is truly a HIDDEN GEM♥️♥️♥️🎯

The location is good ish . And he design the hotel is nice. They let us storage our baggage before the check in time and even after .

The noise coming from the rooftop and the size of the loo . ( barely can sit on the toilet when you close the door ) breakfast is too simple . For a hotel 4 stars what I don’t think is a 4 star hotel for European standards.

Best I been in Colombia. The staff are just wonderful. I misplaced my passport and they fund it for me. Thank You! Food is great; room is great. Placed in a top location. Th manager is a very good person. I recommend it without any doubt.
