I loved how they had rooms to accommodate a family of 4. Having the bunk beds in the room was a great change from a lot of other properties that typically offer just 2 full beds. Beds were comfortable, wifi was good. on a quiet street but very close to everything within El Poblado. Easy $2 Uber to the malls, parks and most places. The hotel even has a restaurant next door if you don’t want to venture out at night.

The breakfast, although free, was very repetitive. Same cereals, same scrambled eggs. They would only change up one of the stations with either empanadas or Patacones. Would liked to have seen more fruits or some toast even. Not a big deal But something to note.

This very nice hotel is located on a hill and walking the neighborhood requires lots of hill climbing. If you are not used to the altitude, you could find yourself breathing a little more heavily than usual. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. They moved my room when the sounds of celebration from the restaurant next door went a little later than I wanted. The restaurant was excellent and I enjoyed my meals on the outdoor patio.

It is a bit far from the center of Poblado but 10-15 minutes in a ride-share. There was no view of the beautiful scenery when I moved to a more quiet room.

The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful! Helped us to organize some tours and explained where we can buy simcards or exchange money. The room itself was small, but comfortable.

Apparently, there was only one hair dryer for the whole hotel, because every day when I was asking it at the reception it was never available. It would be nice if they just arrange hair dryers for each room, so one wouldn't need constantly hunting for it.

The location was great- close and walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough from them to get a good nights sleep with the neighborhood being pretty quiet. Breakfast was Bette than I was expecting considering it was included in the price. The fruit was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly.

The bed was not the most comfortable bed I have slept in, and the shower pooled and almost flooded, but other than that it was a great stay.

Property is well located. Staff was super friendly and helpfull with any questions we had regarding the city. Good price, delicious breakfast in the morning, housekeeping cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay :)

It was great!! The only thing that would make the rooms better is if there were a refrigerator or microwave in there. Other than that my stay was great!! Wonderful staff

The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful and also stored our valuables in the administration office. Finally there was a breakfast buffet, which was also really good, especially fresh Mango for breakfast.

All in all, it was great. It is a little bit far away from the center of El Poblado

I love the hospitality. I am a frequent visitor. The service is always friendly and good. Their service and overall stay is what has me returning. The 2 restaurants next door are amazing. Breakfast is very good.

The rooms had a similar feel to a private hostel room, which I liked. It was walkable to poblado restaurants which was also nice. The bed was a little hard but still slept well. We actually tried to stay another night but they were booked.

Everything was amazing. Staff super helpful and nice, facilities amazing, breakfast delicious. Great location.

The only thing I would repair would be the glass bathroom door.
