Always my choice when traveling to Medellin, great location, near Poblado, safe area. New Smart TV! Breakfast, the ladies in the kitchen always are helpful and kind.

Great value! We has apartment 803 (one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two bathrooms) I definitely recommend getting something on the highest floor possible as that will give you the best view and the least traffic noise. The 8th floor is the top floor which means it also has very high ceilings. The traffic noise is really not bad at all - just a bit of white noise. The property is located in the Belen neighborhood, an upscale residential neighborhood. Very convenient and safe to walk in. El Poblado is a $2 uber away. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the city, the daily room service breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and desk service was top notch. The mall across the street and surrounding neighborhood has everything you need.

Sometimes the breakfast takes quite a while to be delivered so order early!

The location is excellent with the Arkadia shopping centre across the avenue. The bus station and domestic airport are a short distance away. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. The apartments are spacious and comfortable.

The only thing we disliked was that the building is at a very busy traffic circle where 4 major roads meet. The room windows are simple single pane glass that provide no isolation from noise. If you are at all noise sensitive this is not the place for you as traffic starts getting heavy by 5am and continues until late at night.

Room was very clean. The staff is kind and helpfull. I enjoyed that they bring your breakfast (included with stay) to your room. And also the optional lunch or dinner to your room (at extra cost) if you are too tired to leave the room. Also liked that there is a big shopping mall right across the hotel. With a supermarket, pharmacy, food court, movie theater, bowling alley and many many shops. Very convenient.

We booked 3 rooms. With the same value. But 2 of them were renovated. 1 was a bit out dated if you compare it to the othe two rooms. But it was still clean and comfortable. For the light sleepers that go to bed early, ask for a room as far away from the busy round-about in front of the hotel. Ask for the most quit room available.

Close to Arkadia Shopping Mall. Also very close to Pricemart.

Since Covid the hotel does not offer breakfast downstairs, but only as room service. Their breakfast provider (third party) isn't consistant with their delivery. The hotel should ask the F&B company to be more consistant or look for an other F&B company. Housekeeping should check before check-in if everything is ok: toilet are flushing, standing fan is working, the door lock etc.

Great location, in front of a mall and at walking distance from the Las Americas clinic. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, are very friendly. Breakfast was good.

We traveled along with some other people, and one of the other rooms had a washing machine/dryer. It's weird that not all rooms have the same facilities. By the way, we had a deluxe room, but it didn't have a washing machine anyway. The TV is very old fashioned, with few channels. Since it's not a smart TV you can't either connect your phone or tablet with it, in order to watch newer films and sport matches. And there was no TV in the living room.

Conveniently located with shopping mall right behind it which has everything to offer. Shops, plenty of restaurants, fast food or fine dining, cinema and bowling alley with pool tables. So yes, the hotel is very good located and the hotel itself is very comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough with own kitchen and dining room. Rooms are clean and housekeeping duties are performed daily.

Great value, loved being across from the mall which had everything I needed including a great barber. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Can’t go wrong.

Nothing against the property at all. Just be aware you’re not in Poblado or Laureles so aside from the mall you’re taking a taxi everywhere.

Breakfast is included, on-site garage parking (I did not need), across the street from an upscale mall without Poblado prices. Nice quiet and safer area. Clean and large rooms. Very accommodating, friendly and professional staff. You won't hear music blasting until all hours. Very good value.

It does not have a pool. So. If you are looking for a pool this is not your place.

We loved the spacious rooms, service, it had everything we needed for a week. It's in a nice part of the city (a bit far from the metro, but you can take the bus to get there). Breakfast is good, a bit repetetive after a while, but it's convenient as it is delivered to your room. We came back to the same hotel at the end of our trip which is the best compliment, I believe.

The only thing that bothered a bit was street noise (in some rooms it's less noisy than in others) and the noise of the aircon if you sleep on the coach in the living room. Other than that it's a wonderful quality for a price.
