Medellin is a beautiful city and the staff at four points made exploring it easy. They went out of their way to help. Located in a very safe and walkable area.

They made us book two rooms on booking for four people when one was big enough to accommodate everyone. Fortunately they allowed us to check out of one room after a night and pay about $10 for an extra guest in one room which was a lot cheaper and because the additional guest was a child, we felt a lot safet. It lacked the "luster" that a lot of four points properties around the world have. Breakfast was ok.

We are tippers and everyone was so appreciative. It just felt good to see how impactful that was so please tip. The hotel was really nice though you see some upkeep items being done cause older property. Room was nice and the issues we had were immediately handled. Very clean and well kept. Loved the access to the mall. The Jacuzzi could have been warmer it was Luke warm, but pool and sauna was great. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel doesn’t give change for USD. Very little of the front desk staff spoke English I say have at least 1 person per shift who is fluent at the front desk especially since this is the front desk area. However, everyone is super friendly.

Maybe lunch buffet at the hotel.. So the guest don't have to go lunch outside..

The hotel is spacious, the location is perfect, a lot of shopping center, a lot of different places to see, the room and they are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, perfectly clean, the place is very safe, the staff is excellent, I felt that they treated me like family and In my first time I went and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Medellín

everything they have done in the hotel is is in the right place at the right time, precisely and with the educated person, I do not think they should change anything is. perfect

Breakfast was good. Location of hotel is excellent. Close to all the places we wanted to go. You have a supermarket next door and 3 malls close enough. Also a lot of choices to eat from.

The restaurant at the hotel was ok. Food took very long to be served. Also they had conventions when we were there and started very early, so if you want to sleep in late no can do. Its very loud and I was on the 6th floor.

the best part of this hotel are its views and location. Irt is in El Poblado which is one of the safest and upmarket areas of Medellin. It is next to the Oviedo Mall and is accessible for guests through a private entrance using your door card key. The mall has may shops, a supermarket, and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast is included in your stay and is pretty good with local foods, and stations for omelettes, waffles, and toasties. The pineapple is excellent as it is across Colombia. At lunch and at night, the restaurant services several local, continental and international favourites. The room is bright, large and airy. Higher floors offer spectacular views over Medellin and the mountains beyond.

The internet was up and down. Sometimes I found that it lagged. The design of the hotel has an open-air concept where you can see all the way down to the lobby. The problem is the noise that from downstairs can carry all the way up, especially if there has been a party and the guests are noisy.

Great facility. Staff is outstanding! This is my second time at this hotel. Good price, good service and good brunch! Also the advantage of having a great mall in the back and able to go in and out with the hotel key.

No many toiletries anymore. The hotel looks very simple.

I was mostly impressed with the staff in all areas. The restaurant area was extremely impressive. Alway smiling and friendly and provides that personal attention and caring. also i was also impressed with the bus boy or man in your lobby. Couldn't do enough to please the guests. Same goes the same for the young woman who checked me in and answered a few questions about where to go for various needs

Well for me personally i would have love to be able to change the language on the television

Breakfast could have had more meat selections.

Good location in Poblado Medellin next to a lot of good restaurants and shopping malls, good wi-fi but above all I appreciate the friendly staff from breakfast (thank you Liliana for being an artist in preparing our every morning cappuccino and Jey Jey for the best omelets),as well as Marianna and Ana-Maria from the front desk and reception
