Rooms are clean and comfortable with great a/c and no mold (impressive in this humid location). Breakfast is included, it is simple but good and fresh. Staff will go above and beyond to help you, speak English and Spanish (and probably other languages) and are super friendly. Location is near Centro Historico which is the best part of the city to stay for eating, nightlife, shopping, tours, etc.

This place is very very pricey when you consider that there is no pool or special amenities. Some of the rooms also have no natural light, if that is important to you. Very comfortable and utilitarian but not the place for a romantic getaway or a tropical vibe.

The hotel is really well located, really close to Santa Marta Bay and the Historical buildings. The hotel staff were really good and friendly and helped us with any request really looking forward for our wellbeing.

DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THE FAST FOOD MENUS THEY HAVE IN THE COUNTER (I must clarify this is not part of the hotel, hotel's breakfast were delicious and healthy) that being said, we got intoxicated by the food of that "restaurant". So please avoid it at any cost.

Staff was amazing, I enjoyed breakfast, hotel was very secure. Location was great and guest friendly. However, a couple chicas told me area is unsafe but I never experienced that. I walked around the area as I pleased but obviously used precautions and kept safety in mind. Very close to the malecon, simon bolivar park, and parque de los novios. Would recommend.

I stayed for three days and really liked the hotel, very nice rooftop, nice breakfast and excellent costumer service. They offered me very good deals with the tours, cheaper than the ones online. We had a nice view from the room but You can not open the window, luckily the Aircon is working at all times to keep the room at the desirable temperature. Safe area, very close to the sea and to the city Center .

lovely hotel. Great room size with a very comfy bed and spacious shower room. Breakfast was simple but great. Staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and made us feel very safe A bargain!

Shower temperature was very cold and there was no medium temperature. the hotel itself is situated on the edge of the lovely area but on the edge of the slightly more dodgy area so be aware when walking around

We were there may 7 or 8, and they didn't have hot water. But Santa Marta is very hot so it didn't really matter Our bathroom door would swing open if not closed and it meant I couldn't open the main door without my arm reaching around the move the bathroom door - slightly annoying but minor detail..

No specific item, as the whole experience was of an excellent standard. With the staff exceptional attitudes at all times made this a place that we would willingly come back too.

Nothing to complain about. It is not often one can say that but it is true this small hotel was excellent.

It's very close to the port and the port area is beautiful with a breathtaking sunset. The hotel is clean, nice and the staff are very kind and helpful. During the day is okay to do things walking but at night it's better to take a cab, the staff will happily call you a cab. Very good breakfast, attentive kitchen staffs.

The surrounding, since it's the end of the historic center, it's also the area that floods if rains and in the evening it's a bit frightening.

We had a little problem with clean, nothing so bad, it was solved quickly. I recommend it if you want a clean, decent and quiet place, the neighborhood is not that good.

Neighborhood. It doesn't have an elevator, it is not a problem if you don't have special needs, only 4 floors.

Very nice and clean room. The bed was comfortable. The location is OK, the street is not that good but it's close to the beach and nicer streets. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good.

No hot water in the shower and the toilet does not flush very well.
