This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of all the sites downtown. It was easy to book a snorkling tour with one of the many scuba shops close by. The only drawback in terms of location was on Saturday night, a music venue/club somewhere close by BLASTED music until 4:00am. It was so loud you could feel it in the rooms. No one could sleep. Other than that, it was really quiet and peaceful. Great views of the mountains and water.

Space is phenomenal. Staff were lovely and super friendly. Views were spectacular. We were given little plantain chips as a welcome gift- yummy. The place had washing machine AND dryer and they even left some detergent- which was amazing after several days in tayrona and travelling! Supermarket just down the street and it's very short walking distance to the marina, with several bars and restaurants around! After a few days in the incredible jungle, this place was a welcome return to absolute comfort.

The shower in main bedroom was blocked and flooded. We were only there 1 night or I'm sure staff could have had it fixed- and there was another shower we could use anyway. Considering the heat, just 1 bottle of complimentary water would have been nice.

The ap is beautiful, really well kept, clean and neat. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The place has everything you need to stay for a few days and is nearby stores and restaurants although is not near a beach if you are looking for that. The pool is shared with the Marriott hotel with great views and restaurante service,

I would love if it was near a beach but it's near Downtown so it's great for dinner and walking around but not so much for going to the beach.

My plans changed as I got sick on my way to Columbia so I had to cancel all my plans and find accommodation last minute. I booked the Grand Marina Suites and got an amazing apartment on the 17th floor. Everything is nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable and it was very convenient to have a washer/dryer. The fridge is full size with a big freezer and has everything you need to make a meal. The staff is exceptional, they all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were always asking how I was doing and if they could do anything to help me. I would definitely stay here again and I already extended my stay.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed on the 17th floor with a terrace and a stunning view towards the ocean. The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculate. It was also very spacious offering all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Being able to go to the restaurant on the 4th floor for breakfast was an added bonus! Geraldine was a fantastic host, always responding to our queries promptly and being very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, thank you!

This is the best place in all of Santa Marta. It is tastefully designer furnished. I like all the little touches of a well-managed place, like little pouches of the local gourmet coffee in the well-equipped kitchen, the luxurious white cotton sheets, and the fluffy white towels. Everything is spotlessly clean. The front desk staff speaks some English and the manager who seems to be always on call speaks fluent English which is an absolute rarity in this town. I have stayed in Santa Marta for almost three months and checked out a number of accommodations. The swimming pool which is shared with the Marriot hotel is comfortably large for even more serious swimmers. If one does not want to leave the building there is access to the Marriot restaurant. But the place is only a short walk to the famous restaurant square Plaza de Novios. The supermarket Carulla, Colombia's answer to Whole Foods is just around the corner.

This was truly a spectacular stay. How could it be different when you have a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains on both sides of the beautiful bay - from your room, the balcony, even from the laundry room. Imagine that at the end of your day, you sit on the balcony and watch the sunset while at the same time enjoying a nice breeze. Very modern, very clean apartment, everything you need for a super comfortable stay. None of this would happen without the great staff. On top of that, you have a very short walk to the Unesco Old Town and a very nice grocery store around the corner. The weather is so comfortable that we rarely used the AC. And when we wanted to cool down, we took a dip in the pool located on the 4th floor. We have traveled the world and this is truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We are coming back next year.

I loved how clean and modern the room was. I believed I had the larger room. The balcony had an amazing view of the sunset and sunrise. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils pots cups and plates. They had a laundry room with detergent. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the living room was comfortable, the lighting worked great, the building was secure and safe. The pool was very clean and huge.

My room was a bit far from the wifi so I couldn't use my TV laptop or enjoy the wifi as I had limited data as a foreigner. They couldn't resolve my issue when I asked about it. My blanket had some a small blood stain i didnt notice till the morning after my arrival but since I couldn't figure out if I was mine from a cut I didn't mention it.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment and a good choice for a family. We had one night here after the Lost City trek and it was perfect to relax and also wash our clothes. The view from the balcony is great. There is access to the hotel pool, which looked lovely but we didn't have time to use. There is a handy, small supermarket two blocks away.

The kitchen was basic and a bit tired.

Perfect location, so close to everything yet still really quiet. Pool was amazing!! Lovely and refreshing in the hot weather. The view was incredible and we loved having a wine watching the sunset.

The place was a little worn, the ice machine didn't work until the day we left. The bigger shower had water come out above the shower head and it soaked the bathroom. But sometimes things break and that's life :)
