It was already our second time here and we loved it again. We liked the very comfortable beds, everything super clean, good location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super helpful, they helped us with absolutely everything.

The hotel and the room itself were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was also good, prepared on request and we had the option to choose what we wanted. The room had anything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was working well without any unusual noises.

The only thing that we had problem with was that we didn't have any wifi signal in half of the room. The staff offered us to switch rooms with better wifi signal but we declined. In all fairness, I think that they can simply fix this issue by buying the most basic wifi signal extender and plugging it in that room. This way not only that room will get good internet connection but also the rooms around it.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever seen. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they really want to give you a fantastic stay. They not only succeeded in that, they go literally beyond expectations! Our rooms were really big and super clean, airconditioning worked perfectly and the breakfast was a very good experience with different options. Thank you so much for this great experience in Santa Marta!

-Both receptionist ladies who we met during our stay were extremely friendly, nice and accomodating, despite our language barriers. Thank you again for everything! -Very tasty breakfast! The ladies in the kitchen were also very nice. -We loved the interior of the hotel! -The room was spacious. -Centrally located and still calm at night, which was important for us after a long day of excursion. -We could get our laundry done, by dropping it in the evening and picking it up fresh and dry in the following morning, and was not expensive. -We were surprised how little the 1 night costed and how super our stay was. A few days before we stayed at Adaz a few blocks away, which we didn't like and costed more money.

Amazing hotel, unexpected free a la carte breakfast, jacuzzi on top (although it wasn't really warm), lovely staff, no complains.

The area around was quite sketchy at night, even the short walk to the city centre (although that counts for everywhere we went in Santa Marta at night, please be careful around in that town).

Friendly staff, even with my broken Spanish. Breakfast was delicious (though I wish more options were available on weekdays), room was sparse but represented accurately in the photos. Having AC was great. Laundry service was so fast, it was ready in an hour.

Like many others I couldn't get hot water in the shower. Towels and sheets a bit discolored. Rooftop didn't appear open.

Lovely, ambient, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, very nice staff. The area feels safe and is not right in the hustle of Santa Marta, just a little outside, but still at walking distance from the main street. They kept our luggage when we left for Tayrona for two days at no cost.

The Jacuzzi was looking a bit dirty so we didn’t use it but overall, we didn’t really mind

Our room was big and very clean. The bed was duper comfortable also clean. Service was just spectacular- we arrived past check in time and still had a lovely and welcoming reception. We stayed there before we went on the 4 day trek for the Lost City and they were so lovely to accept to store out bags there at no cost. Breakfast is nice, there's a few options from veggie to meaty. Location is also very good, close to markets and less than 10 minutes wlak to city centre, and still remarkably quiet. I'd recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was 10 minutes walk from all the places we wanted to go and 15 minutes from the beach. The room was really big and had air conditioning.

The only problem we had is the hotel had two power cuts in the three nights whilst we were there meaning the air con turned off during the night and it was pretty hot. The hotel didn't compensate for that, but did manage to fix it before we left. The sink is also not in the bathroom, which I found a bit odd.

Clean, comfortable, huge rooms with AC. Private bathroom had warm water. towels provided. toiletries provided. laundry service was fast. friendly staff.

breakfast was limited (they didn’t have many of the items that was on the menu they provided). but I appreciate the fresh juice and fruits. also, this hotel is not far from Centro BUT for 3 blocks it was dark and quiet streets. I did not feel safe as a solo female traveller to walk home at night (and it was only an 8 min walk).
