Not sunshades or benches at the beach

The breakfast was always on time, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind and professional. The space is beautiful and everything is clean and organized. Yunixa took very good care of us, and the experience was wonderful thanks to her advice.

The shower was a little dirty. Nothing major, just a few hairs, and they changed us the room. In the new room, is was cleaner but still, my wife was complaining about hairs on the floor. This is a very minor thing, and they did upgrade us, and I'm very happy. I want to return there!

The food, the staff and the location are all great reason to visit this resort. I arrived very late and the staff kept the kitchen open past closing just for me. The staff's attention to detail and care for guests is top notch. Plus the food was great, with local touch and taste. It is a quiet/romantic resort right on the beach, you cant beat it for the price.

Excellent hotel in a remote and private location in the north of Guanacaste. The room was much bigger than expected, and bed were very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good! We enjoyed our breakfasts as well as some dinners there! You can easily access many other beaches by car in less than 20 min.

Breakfast was really good, it was the same every day but there was a decent variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly. Not much English is spoken, so it is sometimes difficult to communicate if your Spanish is not good! The room was basic, housekeeping did a great job of keeping it clean and getting us what we needed.

Great location for those who are in Salinas Bay for kitesurfing (can kite at Nandel’s beach, otherwise playa copal is 10 mins drive away). Very friendly staff; happened to meet the hotel’s owner and he was very welcoming. Got upgraded to a room with a view of the bay and a balcony which was great. Good wifi has been installed at the end of our stay

Nadel was a two day stop on our ten day Costa Rican vacation. I have been an avid kite surfer for the last 12 years and was able to convince my girlfriend to stop off at a windy beach for a couple days during her birthday trip. The location did not disappoint. Got 2 days of wind. Lit up on my 8m. Easy walk from room down to sandy beach to set up and launch. Overall location was uncrowded never saw more than 15 kites on the water. Room with AC was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. While in area make sure you eat lobster for lunch or dinner. So good and soooo cheap!

Only issues with room was there was not a mini fridge and no wifi. The pool area has wifi and I was able to get a signal from patio. A closer room to pool likely would have had a signal.

The service is excelent, the food and cocktails were delicious and the location is great. Defininetly will come back

No fridge in the room we knew that before we book but it would be nice to have a fridge and couple of kitchen tools.

The included breakfast is a must. Absolutely fantastic staff, and extremely friendly. Alexandro, our waiter, remembered us every morning and was such a cheerful persona to start the day with. Simple, no-fuss, quiet accommodations. Excellent lokation. VERRY reasonable price for an entire villa.

Very "sleepy" - the guests here all seemed to be of a low-key nature and not much of a lively nature, especially after dark. Great for families, or a quiet retreat after long days in the water. WiFi only availae in select area (not in villas), which really was not a big deal.

The breakfast was good. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent. The service was great.

It would have been nice to have Wi-Fi available in the rooms instead of just the restaurant and common areas.
