I can honestly say that this hotel is the best I’ve ever booked, my entire stay was amazing! The entire building is super clean and well maintained. Even though I was travelling alone, my room was spacious and I felt comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, it felt nice to relax in the pool area after spending the day outside. I only ate breakfast on two or three days, there are many options there for everyone, both sweet and salty. It’s about a 20-minute drive to the centre of San Jose, the drive becomes much longer depending on traffic, but that’s ok. The next time I’m in Costa Rica, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel seems very new. It's a good hotel for a short stay. The rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable, with different type pillows to choose from. The pool looked great with a beautiful view. There is a covered parking structure.

The restaurant closes too early and there is no room service after hours either. Considering that there are people that come from different countries and also airports (off hours), they should have some form of late service available. We had a suite that included a small kitchen area, which was great, but they did not clean the dishes or provide any cleaning supplies.

I ate at your restraurant and ordered the burger which was under cooked, This should never happen. Perhaps additional training for the cook would prevent future mishap. I paid my due bill of $30.00 and complained.

nice location, close to shops and cafes. it was clean and new. good for an airport overnight stay

the room service wasn’t great and expensive. the breakfast was nice but very overpriced at $20 per person. if you cross the road you’ll find Jugo Bar which opens at 8am and the breakfasts are fresh, delicious and half the price including coffee and juice.

the rooms are really nice and clean. the view from the pool is amazing. we specifically asked for a quiet room and they put us in a room next to a street with restaurants. unfortunately these restaurants played loud music the entire night so that we woke up several times and ended up changing rooms.

the loud rooms (across from the restaurants..) choose a room that looks out to the pool if you are a light sleeper.

This is a great value hotel for a Hilton. The room was spacious. bed was comfortable, shower was lovely. We had a nice view out of the large windows. It does seem a new development is being built next to the side where our room was, so their will only be a view of the building walls soon. The pool and hot tub were great, especially since we ended up staying on an unusually cool day. Great breakfast included. It would be nice to see more freshly made pastries/cakes as opposed to commercial products. Also, would appreciate to have cappuccino be included in the breakfast. Their is an extra charge for cappuccino or latte coffee drinks. It is about 5000 collones to airport with Uber and about 30 minutes. Good option for airport stay, especially if you don't have an early flight. Also, the area around has lots of nice shopping and restaurants. Everything is new.

Would like to have cappuccino/espresso included with breakfast.

that I couldn’t walk to more locations, shops & restaurants, especially sodas. That there wasn’t a notice in the bathroom to not flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety, including typical Costa Rican food, though the fruits weren't as ripe as in other hotels. The room is very modern and comfortable and there's plenty of space. It's a great place to end your holidays in Costa Rica, being located only 20-30 minutes away from the airport. There's an underground parking garage that's free for the hotel guests and is accessible directly from the hotel's elevator.

The gym could be equiped with some mattresses for those who would like to do some pilates/yoga style of exercises.

when in breakfast there was a Lady in the restaurant walking around and touching the food with a Dog in her arms! That looks very bad, gross and unhealthy… I’m not against of pets but if you go with a pet let him at your table while you walk and touch the food !

Location. Clean comfortable rooms nice bed and bathroom. Right across from the pool and away from noise. Rooms are modern and soundproofed. Breakfast buffet was excellent
