The staff, lobby, free breakfast and bottled water. The food (room service) was incredible that we didn't want to eat out. The breakfast was a full buffet (omlettes made to order) and the lobby lounge had great beverages at a good price.

The room carpets were very stained and dirty. The pictures of the pool were off - it's more like a gigantic hot tub and not an infinity pool. There weren't many lounge chairs and it wasn't nice and pretty like in the photos.

The staff at the reception desk were very accommodating and very helpful with advising where to get COVID tests (for return travel) as well as printing our documents. The room was great- large and very clean with a comfortable bed. The wi-fi was great and fast. The hotel is located in a central location close to a mall as well as a plethora of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was superb. It was tasty while there was a good variety of both Costa Rican and continental foods to try from.

There were very few cons. If I was being critical, the view wasn't the greatest considering I had previously requested a room on an upper floor. Also, we had an unpleasant experience where a guest in the room next door mistook our room for theirs and started banging on and shouting at our door in the middle of the night. That person also had their child/children running in the hallway and shouting- also in the middle of the night so I know for a fact, that the room definitely was not soundproof.

- location (if you want to discuter SJ, but great if you want to be close to airport or shop in Multiplaza that is 5 minutes on foot)

Staff was friendly and professional. if there were any issues, they were addressed quickly.

Everything was excellent, but there was one thing that I put in the category of going beyond the call of duty. We had a very short one night stay and were supposed to catch a ride to the airport the next morning at 5am, meaning that we were leaving before breakfast time. I mentioned that to the staff upon checking in and they kindly prepared boxes of breakfast to go for the 6 of us. As we came down to catch our ride the next morning, they were ready with a box of perfect choices of sandwich, fruit, and yogurt plus fruit juice. Truly phenomenal how caring the staff was!

the cleaning in my room was to bad ,My towels and clean my bed linen has to call to the camel to do

everything was clean, beautiful and everyone was very accommodating. I woke up late and ventured into the breakfast area to find that I had missed it. Everything was all put away. The gentleman then whipped me up the most amazing cup of coffee and offered me something small but decadent.

I loved how clean everything was but, mostly the beds!!!! So comfortable.

Breakfast was extensive and perfect. The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating and professional, upgrading me to a stadium view room which I really appreciated given I was unable to board my flight thus had to stay in SJO for an extra night. One thing I wasn't too sure about was the Sauna, the instruction need to be printed out and stuck to the wall outside the Sauna so we know how to operate it. The room was incredible and very clean, food was great and the views too. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and definitely recommend it. 30 mins to and from the hotel.

The place where the hotel is located is a little far from most things except a shopping mall. I mean walking distance

Great front desk staff. Close to multiplaza to walk over and have something to do and get food/grocery items there. Beds were excellent! Breakfast was great and really well done in terms of covid protocols. Nice outdoor area to eat. Gym was pretty good but lacking equipment for leg weight work.

Pool area was disappointing and steam room was not hot (even though i had a booked time) and a smelled mildewy.
