Hotel Palace Bellevue, gave us glorious, magnificent, elegant and beautiful experiences. No other hotel in which we’ve stayed has provided quite the same wonderful ‘special’ feeling of being respectfully cared, yet in such a loving manner. Finally, we have found a ‘home from home’ at its most friendly and welcoming.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. The food was excellent, with exceptional quality, and great variety. The staff was superb. From the check-in to check out, everything went smoothly

The food was delicious - fresh and tasty (both breakfast and dinner), definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small but comfortable enough. The best thing about the hotel is definitely location as it's in the city centre so everything is ether there or close.

The pool is a bit too small for the capacity of the hotel guests so we couldn't get a free lounge chairs at the pool area, the sauna needs improvement as it's definitely too small and it doesn't provide any intimacy and relaxation (not enough lounge chairs, the refreshments and beverage were very basic).

Great location, spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good and with a wide variety of choices. The staff were kind and spoke freely English and German. I enjoyed the SPA and the indoor pool while it was raining outside. The sea was great for a boat trip, but not really for sunbathing, as it was just a concrete beach.

The first room we had started leaking severely during a storm and we had to move to a different one during the evening. We were given a better room, but then had to pay for the upgrade. It was fine, as it wasn't a big difference, but the staff didn't really inform us about the change in the price we'll have to cover.

We had breakfast included in our stay and it was fantastic ! Location of hotel was amazing .

Only downfall was we thought it was a bit over priced .

Staff at reception and at breakfast was super nice and helpful. All our questions were answered promptly and always very helpful. Even booked us a table at a restaurant for us. Parking is nearby 3 minutes on foot. Secure, but outside. Breakfast was lovely. Huge selection, everything from fruit, cereal, hams, cheeses, scrambled eggs (full continental) as well as delicious local sweets. They were super! Plenty of restaurants to chose from nearby which have good food. Shopping in little boutiques by the beach 3 mins walk away. Secure beach right opposite, also a small bay area which has not too deep water (maybe 1 -1.3M deep), safe for children to play in. Lots of ice cream and beach food nearby. Thai massage on the beach!

Parking is good and secure, but outside. So the car can heat up. Parking is a premium in Opatija so this is a good option overall. I was happy with it. If you are staying longer, take a car protective cover if you don't want birds or tree leaves on your car. We had sea view, however, it wasn't a big balcony that you could sit out and enjoy. If you want balcony, make sure you book that specifically. View was absolutely lovely even in this way, so it's not a complaint! :)

Spa area was very nice, and the pool we enjoyed very much. Room was clean and confortable, and in general it is a very nice hotel. The lady at the reception is doing an excellent job, she has a big smile, she has great communicational skills, and very charming.

I didnt like personal comments of the lady who was working as a waiter, about my 10 y.o. son. Although she didnt want to sound mean, my son has a big health issues, and i felt hurt by her approaching and commenting about his looks during the dinner. I am aware that she was trying to be on a personal level with us as guests, but she pointed out his obvious appearance, not thinking that my child might be sick.

Room was tidy and spacy enough olthough we had one extra bad in room and a stroller (couple with 3 months old baby). Location of the hotel is perfect and the view from our room, on seaside, was beautiful. We really liked the breakfast, it was outstanding. The staff was kind from receptionists, maids to kitchen and wellness staff.

Hotel has outside parking and is not included into the price. Diner was served from 19 o'clock till 21 o'clock it could be served one hour earlier from 18 o'clock.

Really great spa and swimming pool. Breakfest also great, glass of champaign included 😊 Location also great. The View was perfect!

No drinks included for dinner, not even a glass of water. You have to pass the restaurant to get to the spa which was a little bit weird because people started eating and we were returning to our room in bathropes. Parking two blocks away from the hotel. You have to circle in opatija because of the one way main street to get to the parking. 10 e parking per night.
