Lovely big room with an extra little living room within our room. We had a balcony too. wish we stayed longer.

mmmm... no free water as you entered the room(as you normally receive in other hotel rooms), BUT was told we could drink the tap water. we did receive 2 waterbottles as we left. this is new to me. but sweet gesture. i would have appreciated water in the room after 7 hour travel.

Very bright, big room with wonderful sea view from the balcony. Very clean. The little welcome note and chocolate with handwritten note was a nice touch. Many options at the breakfast buffet.

The person who checked me in apparantly didn't check my booking (for two persons) and answered questions very curtly as if in a hurry. Then, at 10 pm at night, the phone rings (was not working) and 2 minutes later, a loud knock. The same employee requested to see the passport of my companion and proceeded to take a picture of it on his (personal?) phone. He could have just asked to see it the next day. Very unprofessional.

Great location, walking distance. Large room. Possible to use pool, private ocean, sun beds for a discount at nearby hotel.

Not enough breakfast for all guest, need to go early to get a complete breakfast. Very noisy, we could hear everything happening in the hallway, especially the cleaning crew. There is parking in a nearby parking house, however it is extremely tight and we were lucky to get a spot. Have to pay to use pool and sun beds at another hotel.

Hotel is located near the coast, everything is close to the hotel and you can easily walk to any location. The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious, the sea view from the balcony is wonderful. The staff is helpful, they met us with all the requests we had. Our recommendation for the hotel

Excellent hotel, located in a cool area with outstanding options for food and entertainment. The Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amazing. We were treated with excellent customer service especially by Domagoj at the front desk.

Excellence service. Easy to reach everything you need in the town by foot. Really good breakfast. Parking available near by in a parking garage - sometimes full in the evening but outside places were also available.

Rooms and bathroom look a little bit old but it was fine. No direct beach access or pool.

Great value for the money! Staff are extremely professional and nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I always judge the hotel based on coffee they serve at breakfast and they have a really good coffee! Pool and sauna is available in hotel next door for small price. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Everything was great! First of all, we had to make separate reservations for one plus three nights, and the hotel kindly connected the reservations so that we stay in the same room. Additionally, we actually booked a "city view" room but they gave us "park view" room with a nice balcony. The hotel provides a garage for parking 120 kn/day, that is an average price in central streets of Opatija. We liked breakfasts very much! Everything was fresh, there was a good selection of basic meals (eggs, vegetables, fish, meat) and delicacies, including deserts and fruits. The gluten-free bread was a good addition to our healthy food style breakfasts. There was also selection of different lactose-free or soya milk options. The tables for breakfast were both outside on a nice terrace and inside, and we enjoyed eating outside. In the reception area there is a selection of free beverages for those who had a long trip before checking in. We used those whenever returning to our room.

Probably the one thing is a bit "strange" bathroom design with the door opening inside and making troubles to reach the toilet - uncomfortable for couples who are OK to use the bathroom simultaneously. As for breakfasts, it would be even better to offer healthier low-fat meat options, e.g. chicken or turkey filet.
