We liked the location being close to the sea and a short walk either way to restaurants. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely in its old-fashioned way with the period decoration.. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with so much choice, and the fruit was exceptionally delicious. We had a very lovely stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

Not so good to bring a car as parking very expensive.

Great location across from the esplanade. Our spacious room had a terrific view of the harbor with its iconic girl with the seagull sculpture. Excellent breakfast in an airy setting with old world charm.

Hotel has no parking. However, it was off-season and we easily found timed street-parking nearby. Deciphering parking instructions in Croatian was challenging, but it's all part of the adventure.

Beautiful old building with a history. It has a good location, nice stuff, the rooms are big and clean. we had a good breakfast. Our room was with a very nice side veiw on the sea.

There are a severail stairs at the entrance, so we needed to carry our luggage, but there is an elevator inside, so inside was no problem. wi-fi connection was not strong. Beds there creak, so could be renovated. Also we had a problem with a parking as the hotel discount card did not work.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast and room service were on point. We had some initial problem with parking, which the hotel didn't have at the moment, but the staff went out of their way to sort it out right away. They also prepared cakes for my husband's birthday early in the morning. So special thanks to Mrs. Ljubica and young lady at the front desk.

I hope they fix the parking lot as soon as possible.

The location is excelent. The guy at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options for everyone’s taste. Spa is cute, private and functional. Room was nice, high ceilings, clean bathroom. The floor is a bit “loud” but it contributes to the charm of the place.

Parking. It’s expensive because of the central location of the hotel, so would recommend exploring cheaper options nearby.

Although renovated the hotel will need an update, especially the bathroom (tub and toilet is pretty old) - Breakfast food is on the level of a 3 star hotel, the only good point is the pastry (small variety of food) - The spa opens 9am

Hotel is located very close to beach , Balcony at the room is great to have , varieties at Breakfast is really good .. On top of all , personel at reception is best I have ever had , so friendly and helpful , thanks a lot for your kindness .

everything! the location is perfect, the front desk lady is very helpful, went out of her way to help us. The breakfast is fantastic, with everything you ever need. The lady who served the breakfast was wonderful. it definitely worth the money to stay in such wonderful hotel! will only book this one in the future! Hotel Mozart Opatija! Thank you!

Close to the heart of the city, staff were very accommodating. Close to the waterfront and fine dining.

No parking for hotel guests. But it is hit orvmiss if you get parking within the designated blue areas. Ticket machine is 1.5 €/hr 24/7. Does not have all the mod cons .

The location was perfect, in the center of Opatija and very close to everything we needed. We liked the big balcony with a very nice view on the sea. The breakfast was rather for a 3* hotel but everyting was fresh.

The wirlpool die not work properly but it was not a problem for us.
