Spacious bed, breakfast could be better in quality and quantity, in the SPA only one sauna was working, however the staff was great. Special thanks to Petra working in the Wellness - very kind and helpful. Sound isolation very good - when you close the windows. The cleaning ladies were very kind as well.

Breakfast could be better. The cosmetics available in the room (shower gel, shampoo) obviously cheap, were not organic and contained certain chemicals releasing formaldehyde, which was very disappointing. The tables from the bar were not cleaned regularly. Would have expected higher standards from a five-star-hotel

The hotel is overall very well located for people who arrive by car, and who prefer activities in the city and/or region of Split. The Garage is spacy, easy to reach, safe, and the hotel well connected to public transport. Nearby Shopping centers, but as well the history old city in 10 min walking distance. We very much enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the great wellness area (fitness, pool, whilpool, sauna, beauty, ...) which is integrated into the hotel and can be used free of charge.

It is clear that the hotel is not that much a beach hotel. We knew that -- for beach (i.e. Marjan, Cajun, ...), either take buses, bicicle, or Uber (7 Euro) -- no problem. We did so several days, but also car excursion to Omis and other cities nearby.

We had a nice upgrade to a double room on an upper floor. We travelled with a toddler and we found the room big enough for us and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the spa (nice pool, not crowded), good massages.

The location is not ideal, quite far from the old city center, port or beaches. We had to use Uber throughout our entire trip. The food had very limited vegan options, no good yogourt for my toddler, basic fruit, no fresh orange juice, bad coffee.

Room was big but not setup I wanted. Windows can be opened and as I can't tolerate air-conditioning, that was perfect and it wasn't hot in the room. Had slippers. Breakfast was rich if I didn't have early trip and missed it. Location is near old town, 15-20 walk is very easy to do. Was overall clean, few days were missed but overall not big issue.

Booking money in advance. Never experienced that at 5star hotel and was bit of a let down. Especially what initially was asked to reserve. Wish I had one big bed. WiFi is week at corner room so conference calls are not happening properly. Would have preferred shower instead of bath.

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was very appealing both in presentation and content. We did not find anything lacking, and the openinghours were also very tourist-friendy, opening quite early and not closing too soon. The location is very middle of the Split city, and everything was a short ride away (we had a rental car). Car parking in basement (not expensive, priced at EUR20/night) or per hour public across the road (about EUR8 per 24h). Walking down to downtown is possible, even while the temperature was very high we did so several times. The rooms were cool and spacious, and the service was great, always happy to help when we had any request. The rooms were also quiet, despite being on a relatively busy city street we never had any noise from outside - we were on floor 3 and got a suite (adjoining rooms with private door).

It is not possible to say that we disliked anything at this hotel. We had a little problem with adjusting temperature on one room and the kids felt the A/C were making some gurgling noises at night. But we were most certainly happy with the coolness their system provided - this was a hot July in Split, our first and our impressions were great!

- The floor of the restaurant area was dirty with food and dust. I noticed they did not clean it every day because the same dirt was there for 3 days in a row until I gave feedback to the receptionist who ensured it was cleaned - Also the sofas in the lobby area had sticky marks on them - The rooms are a bit noisy because of the car traffic - Noisy beds

Beautiful hotel, fantastic stay. We were travelling through Croatia on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a penthouse suite when we arrived! It was beautiful, a fantastic view from the balcony and very comfortable bed. Great location, a short 10 minute walk to Old Town.

Some of the fixtures in the hotel are a bit dated, for example our room had a towel heater in the shower that didn't work, nor did the jets on the tub. All super minor, luxury type items that did not negatively affect our stay whatsoever.

The hotel staff were amazing. They helped when our 1yo kid had health issues (stomach bug). They themselves asked to help us on numerous occasions and we genuinely felt that they cared about us and our well-being. Without their support our stay in Split would be much more stressful. As for the amenities and location. Both room and bathroom were spacious and had all the amenities you might require. There's also a SPA & pool (which we haven't used this time) The hotel is perfectly located to explore Split on foot, while you can park you car in the hotel garage. While centrally located, you will need around 10-15 minutes to walk to Diocletian's Palace and Bačvice beach. Nearby is Joker shopping center if you need to do any shopping.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of town centre. Very modern with lots of facilities. Very varied breakfast selection.

There wasn't really anyone behind the bar but eventually got drinks. They were a bit more expensive than thought they would be. So tended not to drink on the premises.
