beautiful apartment with a kitchen, oven, fridge, lovely dining & seating area, balcony & beautiful bathroom. It was secure, immaculately kept & a maid serviced it daily. We arrived in torrential rain & after a quick phone call we were let into our apartment early.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment except for the local noisy Peacocks. Annoyingly we rarely saw them just heard them as it would have been nice to see who was making the noise. Don’t let the Peacocks put you off. The apartment is in a nice residential area less than 10 minutes from the Port & Palace. A great location away from the bars.

We were 3 adults, a couple and old friend, so the 2 bed 2 bath apartment was perfect. It was a huge space with a full kitchen, ensuring privacy for us all. There was also a secure underground car park (big bonus in Split!) and the proximity to the old city meant we didn't have to drive to get there. We are all in our 70's and a 'short walk' can mean different things to different people, but in this case it really was very manageable, with an added bonus of a supermarket en route. Oddly though for a self contained apartment there was no toaster or ironing facilities, however a quick phone call and they were both promptly delivered. ( there is a sister hotel in the old city which is fully staffed, while the residence is mostly unattended)

There was a miscommunication regarding the car park. We were given the instructions to the car park entrance before we arrived, but did not receive an email telling us to call them 20 mins before arrival. Consequently when we arrived we had no way to get into the car park, the intercom was not answered, so we finally rang the main hotel and had to wait for a staff member to arrive from the the old town. Not a big deal, but we were tired and it was raining and we just wanted to get into our accommodation. The staff (Mija) however was lovely.

This modern apartment hotel is in a great location just a short 5-minute walk from Diocletian’s Palace. Our studio apartment was modern, spacious and well designed with 2 flat screen TVs, a lovely bathroom with a rain shower, nice toiletries, fluffy linens, super comfortable bed, a sunny balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. If you have a car, there is parking beneath the apartment complex (by reservation for an extra cost of €20 per day). Big thumbs up for the daily housekeeping service too! There are some very noisy peacocks in the neighbourhood, but we didn’t notice the noise at night as we slept with the doors closed!

The property has a modern luxury design throughout with parking in the basement and a lift. The apartment was very spacious. We had a choice of bedrooms, an en-suite and a family bathroom. We also had a terrace, equipped kitchen and dining table. We phoned the hotel when half an hour out and we were met by Mila who briefed us on the surrounding area. The old town was just a short stroll away. The wild peacocks in the area were noticeable!

Nothing really. A coffee machine would have been nice.

Extremely clean and well-kept with modern furnishings, roomy living space, and great mini kitchen and balcony. Shower and bathroom facilities were great. Housekeeping changed linens every day. 10 minute walk to local shop and to the historic centre of Split. The garage with reserved parking is a huge plus if you have a car in town since the neighborhood has very limited street parking.

Would have liked facial tissue in bathrooms replaced by housekeeping.

Room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Building is very nice. The location was perfect for us to come back to a quiet residential area after only a short walk from the busy centre.

Their wasnt staff around very often so if you do need anything you will probably have to call and wait for staff to come to the property. Not always someone at reception for example, just met us to handover the keys but all the staff we did meet were very helpful and nice.

Perfect location. The room was spacious and so clean, fresh towels daily, and the bath robes are a nice touch. The receptionist who checked us in (I think her name was Mia) was super friendly. Would definitley stay again when we return to Split

Air con didn't work but we never reported so I'm sure it would have been dealt with if we had. The peacocks are a little loud but endearing 😊

The location was terrific. The amount of space was terrific. Staff? Amazing.

The only reason I couldn't give this a 10/10 review is the bed within the apartment. I know it is subjective, and individual preference, but the bed was very uncomfortable for me. I wound up sleeping on the couch one of our nights there.

Miya was great after getting to property in terms of setting up the apartment and giving recommendations on the neighborhood. the apartment was modern and clean and offered plenty of space. loved the on site garage with full access 24/7 was great.

the heat was non existent. although unseasonably cold the heat was never able to turn on. also the internet was very spotty at times

Everything was perfect and great! Good location, near to the center and harbor. The main for us - good and big garage, you don’t need looking for a place on the street. Apartment are very comfortable and cozy. Stuff was good and helpful, they try to do everything what you need! Great place to stay at Split.
