Location: Was amazing, 5m walk to the cathedral and most tourist attractions. We booked it exclusively for the location with low expectations for everything else but were pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness: Rooms, towels and linen were all very clean and replaced every morning. The cleaning staff were discreet and very hard working with attention to detail. Staff: Lobby staff was another pleasant surprise, everyone was fluent in English, professional and service was always with a smile (a VERY rare quality to find in Croatia unfortunately). Central heating was also great.

It can get a little bit noisy from the trams constantly passing but that, honestly, is not much of a deal.

I liked the staff and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good. I loved the lady who worked in the breakast kitchen, she was always smiling and very polite.

I booked a big bed, but got two small beds. The staff told me it is not possible to book a specific kind of bed thorugh boooking.com. When I had the "I am resting"-sign on the door, the staff knocked at my door to count the number of curtains in the windows. I am sure they could have choosen a better time for it. The bathroom was extremley small, but it served its purpose.

Very good stay, except as noted. Room was clean, space was adequate. It was quiet, even though my room was facing the street, so I had a very good sleep. Wi-fi was good. Shower strong and hot although the space in the shower cabin and the bathroom was pretty tight. AC was quiet and provided a very well maintained environment. Breakfast (8 EUR) was the best. I would give it a 10+. Personnel was welcoming and friendly. Parking in the back yard was very convenient and inexpensive (8 EUR/day).

The elevator was a bit undersized and slow. TV was useless for me: up to 15 channels in total, none in English, no chance of watching the latest news. For the price charged for the room, I think they should be able to provide a mini-fridge. It’s a hot summer and having cold drinks in the room after a long day of walking and visiting, would make a huge difference. They provided 2 free bottles of water in the room, but what’s the point if it’s warm.

The location of Hotel Jadran couldn't be more perfect as is just a few minutes walk to the Main square and other sights. There is a tram stop just around the corner from the hotel as well as supermarkets, bakeries etc. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere with all staff being very service minded and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean with very comfortable beds. The new touch with a welcome water bottle is very appreciated in addition to the complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms. A great place to stay!

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room we stayed in was exceptionally comfortable, tastefully decorated. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, the staff who prepared and served the breakfast were very kind. Moreover, your staff deserves special mention. Every member of your team was incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. We look forward to returning to create more cherished memories in the future.

No mini fridge I would have appreciated a second pillow (granted, I forgot to ask if it's possible to receive one more pillow following our arrival and we only stayed for two nights). Also, the mattress was a bit lumpy The bathroom fixtures (like the shower head) could use some replacement

Excellent location, easy walk from central bus station. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, eggs, pastries, meat, cheese, fresh breads, coffee, teas and juices. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay.

There was a strong smell of ?carpet cleaner when we first opened the door. Had to leave windows open for a while. It went away by night time so wasn't an issue. Also one of our rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non smoking hotel. There are actually signs saying there's a fine for smoking in the rooms.

Hotel is centrally located and tram stop is close by. Very friendly staff and all went out of their way to assist us with whatever we asked. Good sized room and bathroom which were always very clean. Breakfast was always good and abundant

The only problem was that I was under the impression that the safe deposit box was going to be in the room. However there was only a general safe deposit box at reception for everyone. I didn't think that was ideal or safe

Staying at Jadran was truly a delightful experience! The location was incredibly convenient, placing us right in the heart of all the attractions we wanted to see. As for the room, it was comfortable, furnished with attention to detail that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely warm, taking genuine care that our needs were met. The location of hotel Jadran is great, everything tourist would like to see is on a 5-10 min. walking distance. All the people from the staff were incredible! Very positive, kind & helpful. The cleaning lady was making me feel like every day is my first day there - everything would be new & clean, with focus on small details. There were no disappointments or problems during my stay. If you are visiting Zagreb for a few days and would like to explore it - it's a great location to stay.

Not every room has a front view & the apartments are quite small. For a longer stay (week or more, which was not the case during my visit, just a note) or a family trip with kids, I would prefer something bigger with more space,
