The Location is very Central. We walked to all our Destinations. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast Buffet because there were Home Made cakes, so good :) We really liked staying in this Hotel. The employees are very kind. We left our car in the publik parking Garage which IS only a 5 Minute walk away, so IT was perfect.

Great location for exploring the city. I had a room with a balcony (number 8), and the room was fab. Can you hear the teams outside? Yes. Did the sound adversely affect my stay or my sleeping? Not at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially printing out a ticket for my onward travel for me. Breakfast was also delicious. I used their 10% voucher for the restaurant close by, and the food there was delicious. Highly recommend

The only real thing I could pick fault with was the room walls being a bit thin, so I could hear people in the next room laughing and talking quite clearly.

Location was great. Less than 5 minute walk to the main square. The room was very spacious, had lots of storage and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They let me store my bags at reception since I arrived very early in the morning. Breakfast was great as well. Also, after 20k steps a day the noise from the tram outside didn’t bother me at all.

For some reason any time I turned on the water in the bathroom for more than a few seconds the whole bathroom would smell quite strange. It would dissipate after a few minutes but was not nice to leave the shower to a smelly bathroom.

Exceptional buffet breakfast choice which never ran out, thanks to the very attentive member of staff managing this. Generally very helpful reception staff. Location was perfect and just a short walk from where the 290 airport bus drops off and picks up Can't rate this place highly enough really, and if I came to Zagreb again would probably stay here Oh, shower was top notch too 🙂

Maybe opt to keep windows closed and air con on overnight - tram noise can be a bit loud ( but can barely hear at all with the double windows closed ) plus helps to avoid any mossie bites!

The woman at reception was so pleasant and helpful. She gave good advice for where to go for a short stay in Zagreb. She was clear and went through the details of the stay thoroughly and efficiently. The place itself is crisp, clean and modern but with Old World charm. I appreciated receiving communications before my stay about how it was a historic building and to expect stairs-- not a problem at all, but it is nice to send that information so you know what to expect. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options. The location is great and nearby the areas where you'd want to wander about. I'm already booked for another stay and ready to come back!

Loved the room, very nice and clean. It also looked very new or freshly renovated. Everything we needed was provided there, towels, shampoos etc. Both me and partner were positively surprised how comfortable our bed was. The location is absolutely amazing. There is a store just below and a buch of nice restaurants very nearby. It's also just a very short walk from the main square. Very welcoming and cozy hotel, would recommend.

Directly above our bed, there were roof windows. While you could pull down the blinds, the light would still come through and in the morning shine straight on the pillows which definitely woke us up earlier then we would have liked. You could definitely hear the tram at night and feel it vibrating in the walls, but earplugs were provided and even without them it wasn't too bad.

The location was superb, and the daily breakfast was also a plus - fresh and sufficient! The room and the ensuite were spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was a strange noise of water flowing in the metal pipes at the ceiling of the room, it was annoying, particularly during the night. I did report it to the reception, however, there was nothing they could do.

The room was very large, as well as the bathroom, cleanliness everywhere, the bed comfortable, the breakfast very good and varied enough. Very helpful staff. The position is excellent, very close to the center

Parking is a problem. Although the hotel offers the option of a private parking at a relatively short distance (200 m), however, for a tourist with large luggage (my case), moving luggage is a problem. Also, the fact that there is no elevator is a problem for a tourist with bulky luggage (my case, again), especially since including the reception is on the 1st floor In addition, the sign with the name of the hotel is very discreet, hard to identify The little problem is the noise and vibrations resulting from the passing of the trams, but if you are tired after the walk, you can ignore them :-)

Great location within less then five minutes walk from the main square and Kaptol. The parking garage is also near by, so you don’t have to worry about the parking. The price for a daily ticket is somewhere around 7 euros. We stayed in Comfort Double Room and I think it’s safe to say that it is the coolest room with the coolest interior design that I’ve ever stayed in. I even started thinking about renovating my apartment in the similar style. Plus there is this beautiful view of the Zagreb Cathedral and the bed felt like sleeping on the clouds. The staff was lovely. They even let us enter our room almost four hours before the scheduled check in time, because it was already cleaned and ready by the time we arrived. They were also wearing masks and keeping their distance which is something I tend to worry about while traveling in these dark pandemic times. The breakfast was alright, nothing special, just regular hotel breakfast. The supermarket is just around the corner as well as the exchange office with a very good exchange rate.

The only minus I would give to the hotel comes from its location which is great, but also noisy due to tram station being right bellow. Luckily with closed windows you don’t get to hear any noise from the streets. Given that our room was located in the attic and that we stayed there during the summer it would had been impossible for us to survive if it was not for the air conditioning. So if you can’t sleep with the air conditioning on and prefer to open your windows at night, perhaps this would not be a good place to stay.

the trams and public transport really did not bother us and we were on the very end...I think its less noisy than your average hotel in midtown Manhattan. loved the location we walked every where. we were there one night, but when we return we will definitely use it again...breakfast was very good.. the hotel is one flight of steps up, but i guess for some that may be a problem but for most ...come on. There are good restaurants near by. Zagreb is a pretty cool town
