I liked the hotel's modern design in an old architecture recovered building in the city center. Everything in the city was walking distance from the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cosy. It's well equipped, nicely decorated and with a few complementary surprises, such as water, coffee, tea and an energy chocolate bar..Loved those small guest details. Loved the free room upgrade on the room views. Big thank you to the hotel staff. 😊

Everything was great. The only feedback came from my wife. The hairdryer wasn't powerful enough but did its job. It's a small thing, but worth mentioning for potential future improvement. We also would have loved to experience the roof top but it was still under construction. I believe it will be great once it's available for its guests.

The hotel is wonderful. There is not a single negative comment. Lovely modern room with coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. Every day a bottle of mineral water is provided as a gift. Excellent spa area with sauna and swimming pool. Parking for a car. A stone's throw away is the central park with fountains and plane trees. A special delight is the breakfasts, which will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet. I sincerely recommend the hotel, it’s simply impossible to think of a better one.

The hotel is situated perfectly in the heart of Zagreb, walking distance from plenty of sights and great bars and restaurants. We were greeted at the door by the porter to help with our bags and despite arriving an hour before check-in, Kim and her colleagues were able to assign us a room right away. They were also able to provide some recommendations for places to eat close by. The hotel feels nice and modern with stylish interiors and fully equipped rooms. We were only staying for a short time as we left early for the airport. As we were leaving, the guys at reception helped guide us with a taxi to avoid getting scammed which was very sweet. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly visit again.

Me and my friend really liked everything about that hotel. This hotel is located at fabolous location, is very clean, very comfort, very beautiful, everything is really nice and every detail is important to them which is visible. I was really impressed with a breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and "a la cart" option as well which I liked even more. What makes the hotel THE BEST is it's staff. All of the workers in that hotel are amazing, nice, proffesional, to summit-for them all I can say is everything in superlatives! Greetings from Slovenia and keep doing a great job!❤️

​It's not the first time that my husband and I have selected an art'otel for our stay. We have previously been to the art'otel in Berlin and Budapest because we like art and lifestyle hotels, but our stay in Zagreb was definitely a pleasant surprise. The hotel has recently opened and everything was impeccably clean. Our room was a courtyard view, very silent and very cozy. The location of the hotel is literally walking distance from all the main sightseeing attractions in the city. The staff was great too, they took the time to show us the facility, the wellness area and the fitness. I have to admit we didn't use the fitness area, however my husband really enjoyed the infinite breakfast options, and I am definitely planning to use the wellness during my next stay in Zagreb. I would also like to thank the staff who took the time to explain some of the paintings present in the hotel. We will definitely be coming back soon!

It was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The rooms were great. Th equipment in the gym was of a better quality than I have seen in other hotel gyms and it was nice to have bottles water rather than a water dispenser. Also the treats at the end of the day in the rooms were such a welcoming touch!

Our room didn’t always lock. The gym must have been close to where people were smoking during breaks because most days there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

I come to Zagreb very often for my business. Normally I used to stay in other five star hotels in Zagreb and always was more or less satisfied. Since I found out that this new hotel had been opened recently, located 1 minute walk from the main Jelacic city square, I took the opportunity to try it. The price for a room with a buffet breakfast was on the level of other five star hotels in Zagreb (which have not been renovated lately, while this one was brand new). I checked in very fast, in the evening and went directly to the bar where i started my evening with a cocktail. I am a big fan of Japanese's food and was surprised that the hotel has a Japanese restaurant and was very satisfied with all dishes (best dish i recommend are prawns with wasabi, i do not know the name of the dish . Overall restaurant is very good and the breakfast is great and I recommend you order their chef's crispy egg (don't know the name, but the waiter will know). Besides that I couldn't resist to try almost everything from the buffet and stayed in the restaurant more than 1 hour. It was great feeling in the restaurant since all staff was extremely polite and helpful (at the reception too). I recommend you to visit the spa facilities and the swimming pool, which was a great start of a day. It opened at 8 o'clock and only 15 minutes was enough to have a great day ahead.

Best hotel in Zagreb. Price was very reasonable. Perfect location in downtown Zagreb. Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our every request. Room was large and comfortable. Bath room and room were very clean. Artwork and design were interesting and modern. This is definitely the place to stay while in Zagreb.

Everything was great.

I love this hotel. Everything is new and clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. There are electronic controls for light, temperature and curtains next to the bed. A phenomenal coffee machine and espresso cups. The reception staff are very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Very upmarket, trendy feel but without pretention from the staff, who were warm and friendly despite our arriving at 9.30pm in beachwear!

All great. Only improvements would be to extend the access to the spa to 10pm (in line with many other hotels) and to increase the bartending provision (one guy - brilliant - and his assistant on a packed Saturday night to service the entire bar and restaurant meant long waits).
