The front desk staff! Renee is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the size of our room. Chairs were very comfortable and the ability to log in to streaming services on the television was a plus as we like to watch a little something before going to sleep. Beach access to Blue Bay was a short 1 min walk! We rented a car and had read reviews about location. We liked the location, it was 20 minutes to downtown and great restaurants one way and 30 minutes to Cas Abao the other direction.

The toilet paper. When you are staying in such a nice place where they pay attention to detail the fact that the toilet paper was worse than a public beach was disappointing. The restaurant food was good. The service was slower than any other place we ate the entire week. But it was onsite so we ate there 3 times.

Large room, well equipped and designed, clean, good air co, parking on site, security as it is in a compound. The beach is nice and towels and sunbeds are free for the guests , with a good beach bar to get drinks and food. The staff is really nice and helpful in all parts of the resort from reception to beach bar. Location is quiet and not far (20mn and less) for Willemstad and same for most of the known beaches of the island.

Non smoking throughout the resort while I booked a room with patio and it is more booking feature but you have to go to the hotel’s facilities, at the end of the list to find this criteria. It would be nice to have a mini market in the compound but probably not the fault of the resort.

The Bayside Boutique Hotel was truly lovely. Everything felt new and in tip-top shape. The layout of the hotel is really nice - I loved having both a front and back door to make it easy to get to the different things the hotel had to offer. The Blue Bay beach is BEAUTIFUL. Wow what a location. It had some of the best snorkeling we had on the island. We went to the beachfront restaurant several times and had a great time each time. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this beach. One of the best on the island! The beds were very comfortable. The free in-room coffee was delicious. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would say is that while this property is listed as “beachfront”, it actually is a 2 minute walk to the beach across the parking lot. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but it’s a little confusing.

I loved the location of this property and the tranquility. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The beach was spectacular!

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have 24 hour front desk, or a room phone. What would happen if my airport transportation hadn’t shown? I also didn’t like that there were no maps of the property. You need to show on your advertising that a car rental is a must and that the amenities that it shows ( ie. grocery store) is not walkable!!!! I arrived with no idea that these amenities were not accessible by foot.

The location was excellent. the beach was the best we experienced on the island...superior to the other 6 we visited. It was super convenient to the hotel too.

Breakfast was a 5 on a scale of 10. Don't know how to cook an egg and the food quality was ho-hum. The wait staff lacked any sense of urgency, and one had a resentful attitude.

We were so spoiled at Bayside with a wonderful room, excellent location, and fabulous beach with crystal clear water. We really enjoyed the option of several restaurants on site. But the exceptional attentiveness of the hotel staff was what made us feel spoiled. We lacked nothing, and the staff made us feel like we were the most important people in the place. If we return to Curacao, we will stay at Bayside Boutique.

Beautiful property and beach. Hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with wide spaces, comfortable rooms and amenities. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here as a couple or as a family. Easy access to a beautiful beach with lots of beach chairs and service. I forgot my kindle at the end and they took it to me at the airport - really went the extra mile.

Beach club bar could have better food options.

The hotel is only accesible by stairs. No elevator. Our room (201) was above the bar and the staff made bothering noise at 06:45 am while preparing the place for their daily tasks. Also, the restaurant’ service was quite slow (45 minutes waiting for our meals and we ate there three times during our stay)

Location was great. Has nice little beach and very close to Downtown.

The room we are stayed in has no privacy . Sliding door faces hallway and people passing by can see whole room through the door unless you keep black out curtains closed all the time and not able to see day lights… Some rooms were better located, but as we were informed you can not choose the room while booking. I will suggest hotel to get additional set of curtains which let day light in, but still has some coverage. Also room did not have good ventilation and our close feels damp. On a positive note stuff was very helpful and gave us a lot of great recommendations about beaches, parks to visit and restaurants.

Lovely. 100 yards to a beautiful beach, front desk staff very helpful. On site restaurant was good, (The restaurant on the beach was excellent.) Housekeeping staff is very good. Room was large with very nice balcony overlooking the pool.

No complaints at all. Quite a few steps to get to upper floor. Would recommend that a guest with any kind of mobility issue should book their room on the pool level.
