Short distance from the airport, room and premises was very clean, very friendly and smiling front desk and staff service, very friendly service at the restaurant

I didn't understad the way of locking the room with the door key/card , should be explain like I wasn't up to date with that system, otherwise have no other concern, had a wonderful overnight stay at your hotel, will stay there again on my other trip to Curacao

The staff was very friendly. From the moment I checked in until I checked out. In particular, the gentleman responsible for the breakfast. I had a problem with my eyes, and the gentleman got me eyedrops from the pharmacy later that day which is top top service. The other thing I liked was that it was walking distance from the Airport.

I liked everything, but one thing I noticed, since I have a pool myself, the pool looked a little bit dirty, or not daily maintained. I still had a nice swim though.

the check in staff was very helpful and respectful, they were willing to assist in every way, transport, inland info, even the night life, the were especially helpful in assisting me in getting my Covid-19 Test to return to my country

a longer stay at the hotel maybe another week or so would of been just fine, the Restaurant should start doing lunch, and not offer the same continental breakfast every morning

It’s so close to the airport, the food is delicious, but you have to pay 9% of taxes, plus 10% of service. Personal is so friendly and they speak Spanish, English and the local language. Also Hato Cave’s is so close.

The only down side for me was parking. My suggestion would be to let the casino visitor park on the other side and maintain your parking space for hotel guests only..but overall i had a very nice stay

incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the airport and right on the water. Close to town, pool and casino on site, was a perfect place for us to stay for a night while we waiting to check in to our full resort.

be prepared for noise as it is so close to the airport, off a main road, and has a casino on site

The location is perfectly just a few mins from the airport super great! The restaurant staff very friendly I would recommend the park chop to anyone!

I was staying in Rm 124 this time I was disappointed with the shower head when turn on the shower 🚿 the water 💧 all sparing all over by the face basin for the rest was all good! One other thing the machine to use to boil your water to make your tea 🍵 are coffee it definitely need to clean the iron inside was dirty when it get wet you can see all the mess dropping off in the water

We had a one night stay between flights in this Beautiful hotel at 10 minutes walk from the airport, the staff is super kind and helpful...the room was big, freshly cleaned (first time that i dont see anywhere a pinch of dust!) And the mattress was soo big that could fit 5 people in...amazing! I had one of the most beautiful nap of my last years. There's also a pool and the breakfast was really nice.

Our room was clean and comfy, with AC, and a balcony with a view out over the runway and ocean. Curtis on front desk was very helpful and friendly. Free Ice in the lobby Nice shower in the bathroom, and mini fridge in the room. Less than 5 mins walk from the airport, and from Hato Caves,so very conveniently located. Property has a swimming pool and casino onsite, but we didn't use either.

We asked the front desk if the restaurant was open, as we had seen online that it was closed, they informed us it opened after 4pm, and have lots of food options. We got dressed, and went down to eat at about 7. 30pm,only to be informed that the restaurant and bar are closed, and we could order takeout from a restaurant at Mambo beach or Pizza Hut. As it was the only option, we ordered from the restaurant and ate it in our room. It took about 90 minutes to arrive so was a little colder than you would expect, but at least we were hungry so it tasted good. I didn't expect to have to pay 1$USD per page for printing in an airport hotel. Most hotels I have stayed in provide this as an included service.

The two lady's who was working at the time I arrived they were so nice & friendly the two dark skin lady unfortunately I forgot the name!
