Food was amazing! Beaches and the pools and the spa were all great. Rooms were all clean and everything worked fine. Few details wear and tear in few places but none of it really affected our experience. Overall we were very happy!

Upper level staff were amazing and so helpful but waiters and waitresses overall did not speak enough English. This was especially awkward when we wanted to order cocktails and drinks in general. They did not know what rum and coke was,, old fashioned was not an option, they were confused with the request of gin and tonic.... Please train the staff a bit better!

Staff wonderful, buffet food plenty of choice and good quality. Bed very comfortable

Al la carte restaurant, male waiters very lazy except one, female staff far quicker service and attention. One afternoon asked for a menu 20 mins later waiter still chatting to someone, finally got own menu, then still waited, several tables where getting up and going into restaurant to order as fed up waiting. I eventually got stopped going in by a manager who took my order. Waiters just standing around. Stark contrast to Waiters in buffet restaurant who are really efficient and attentive. Restaurant needs a closer look by senior managers as not acceptable at all.

Good meals with plenty of food and choice. Rooms are comfortables. Air-conditionning is a real plus on warm days. Swimming pools and other activities are pretty good !

Wifi signal was really bad in most areas and rooms unless you go to the reception or the restaurants. It's really a downside as nowadays, we use it to stay in touch with family or get into contact with everyone should something urgent happens either to us or at home. It really caused me lots of worries not to be able to keep in touch with family or work/them not being able to reach me easily. Also it would be great if the TV had more choices.

In the Spa her name Ildis,i asked her,was very rude,shouting and nervous when i asked some questions about what types of massage they have. When i wanted to make appointment she said is not a place for 2,only for one. After came her colleague and she was bored ,talking unpolite about us. I can understand a little turkish because my husband is from Turkey. I wanted to use the hamam but she said i m not allowed. I will not come back in this hotel! I m working also in the 5 stars hotel and to be polite with guests doesn't cost anything.

Huge area, many zones and activities. Food was nice. Reception is good enough to manage workload but each receptionist has separate queue...shell be one for all...at least during rush hours

Loud music up to 00 a.m. Not enough parking slots. Restaurant is very busy. Nobody seats you there. You`ll need to go rounds with your plate to find a spot if you are alone or look for a table beforehand if you are with a company. There is no guarantee your room is ready at 2-3 p.m. Indoor facilities (pool and spa areas) are quite small for such a big hotel

The hotel is very good for vacation with children. There are a lot of activities and recreations there, such as, animators, swimming pools, aquaparks, etc. I spent an amazing week with my daughters. Personal is very kind and approachable. The food is good. I would like to highlight the work of Mrs. Esra Celik, guest relations supervisor. She helped me to organize my daughter birthday party with cake and balloons, and I was with Mrs. Celik professionalism and deep care. All in all, I recommend Acapulco resort as a good place for vacation with kids.

The bungalow we stayed in looked clean, the issue we had was when we moved the beds to make ourselves more comfortable, we found a lot of dust, fluff, children toys so we don't know when they were last moved and cleaned.
