The breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast I ever saw. (Only Israel offers a wider breakfast selection than this but theirs are off the scale and set the bar impossibly high.) The front desk staff were the best I ever encountered. Really friendly, helpful - superb. Perfect decor and ambiance, huge well appointed room with a balcony with two aspects. A gorgeous, large rooftop pool and cafe/bar area with plenty of magnificent sun loungers. Massive, full sized bed with lots of space. The (free) wifi had a strong signal and a fast speed. Even the porter (expat Englishman) was great. The entire site was spotlessly clean. The glasses in the bar were sparkling like gemstones. All a good sign.

The mattress was as soft as a feather. But as I get older I find a firm mattress vastly preferable. So anybody with a hint of back problems might not want to sleep 'on a feather'. The water pressure was poor, which may not be the hotel's fault. The local farmers are keen on using 'ripe' animal manure which is not the most pleasant smell. The 'Sea-View' rooms overlooked a busy road with a noisy pedestrian crossing beeping all the time and a load of freighters in the port, not quite the 'Sea View' of the sun setting into the blue Mediterranean I expected. (See photo attached) BUT none of this would stop me going back to this exquisitely run hotel.

The hotel looks new, clean and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was amazing and overall, everything was great.

We stayed in the 14 floor. I've asked for a quiet room beforehand and apparently that night the hotel was hosting an event for some company. The music was extremely loud and didn't stop until 1AM. When I tried to call the front desk or in fact any other extension, there was no answer. I had to go down to the lobby and the person who was there told me that they are aware and many other guests complained about that, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. My recommendation is that if there are events like that let the guests know ahead of their stay.

The room was stunning. I loved the balcony (sea view) and its furniture. The bed was honestly so comfortable and the large armchair that was the focal point of the room was amazing. Rain shower in the bathroom. I felt like staying in it forever. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff really friendly and everyone so polite!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We loved it all.

Nothing, all was perfect

The Peruvian/Japanese Fusion restaurant was outstanding. Breakfasts were good, although we did not try the cooked breakfasts - stuck to the excellent range of Continental breakfast items. Bar service, including bar meals, was good. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were consistently attentive and friendly.

Location is a long walk to the city city/promenade and the surrounding area is a bit soulless. But we knew that before we booked and so were not disappointed.

Even if Larnaca is not the most attractive place to offer to the tourist, the hotel is a highly recommended place and the people who operate it are an outstanding team. The room was spacious and its contents were functional and matched the needs of the tourist. The people who operate the place do everything necessary to provide an excellent stay experience and go out of their way to help with everything needed and requested. I will not mention names so as not to deprive anyone, but everyone we needed deserves all the praise.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Reception staff, maids, breakfast service staff, restaurant, bar and pool staff were all attentive and catered to all our needs. All were professional, polite and friendly and made our stay so pleasant. Our room was huge and beds were very comfortable.

Location is a cab ride away from the main beach and marina but that’s not a bad thing if you want to avoid the noise and crowds. Not many good food options closeby.

The place is super clean, luxurious, the staff are always smiling and basically it made us feel at home. They helped us with everything we needed and beyond! Besides that they have an awesome pool, gym, free parking, spa, the breakfast and food in general is amazing and there’s even a rooftop bar. I cannot recommend this enough.

The hotel is located at a so-so part of town and Larnaca is basically all about the 2km stretch of the boardwalk, so without a car there’s nothing to do here and walking by foot won’t feel very pleasant… So the location basically is the only downside.

We arrived before time, around 10am, but allowed to stay at hotel's pool until check in. The staff is very polite, the hotel is very clean, Conditioner is working properly The WiFi was excellent. The tv has Chromecast so we could watch our movies from mobile on tv. The breakfast was excellent, all is fresh, very rich choice. We also tried a dinner in hotel - not as good as breakfast but we liked it.

Shower water pressure is very weak. Asked for king size bed, but it was actually 2 beds,- good for people who don't plan to sleep together. Location of hotel is far from sea.
