As we booked very last minute, we did not really have time to read through reviews about this hotel. Tea/ coffee/ mini bar in the rooms are chargeable. Compact gym and pool. Keep in mind that property is located at the bottom of the hill, the incline is just in sane!!! It seems relatively close to major tourist attraction on the map, however it is hard and risky to drive or even to walk. Limited and chargeable parking 10 euro per night, that needs to be booked in advance, no valet service. Will not book again and would not recommend due to location!

the stuff really kind, explained to me how to get there from train station, the bed supercomfortble, really clean, just right in the center but a bit hidden to be more quiet, no noise around in a room with views to a hill, all facilities provided

I booked a room with Spa in a really famous Spa city, famous for the benefits of the thermal waters, with high temperature waters... and the Spa water is too much cold that you can not stand it more than 3 minutes inside (even in summer), nobody there to help you with the waterfalls and so on... really disappointed with this ... I could afford the money (&time) of the Spa access to entrance the city Spa. please, if someone from the hotel read this comment, do not switch the ambient music before 8 am...

Two singles bed put together (with a 10 centimeters gap between the mattress because of the wood framework) instead of a double bed... For a romantic getaway, it is a pity!

The hotel staff is very friendly and caring, and speak several languages including Russian. We have lacked shower gel and safe was locked upon arrival - the receptionist came to fix it immediately. We enjoyed the sauna, little swimming pool and breakfast that was included into the room rate. The hotel has perfect location and is generally good value for money.

Well, there is kettle in the room but tea and coffee are provided for 30 Kr per cup. That is called greediness :) Sauna is opened from 17:00 Booking.com advertise this hotel as “доступ в оздоровительный центр включен в стоимость». What is that? Sauna and little swimming pool? It was misleading, I chose this hotel for the reason that there is more than that. Instead we payed 600 Kr per person for the spa at the Thermal Hotel. Spa Hotel Schlosspark is a nice hotel but booking.com should give more precise description, such as tea and coffee cost 30 Kr per cup and access to sauna and swimming pool included, not to the health centre

Hotel is really close to the city center. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel access road really needs renovation. Room decoration is like from the 70's. In order to get to the swimming pool, which is really small, you need to go through a real labyrinth of corridors. Night shift personel did not speak proper English. No Netflix function on TV.

Very nice and supportive staff in the reception and restaurant, very tasty and big portions for lunch and dinner, the food really worth the price, nice breakfast, spa zone with plenty treatments and very friendly staff

The hotel is on the hill, so for elder people it’s a challenge to go up, cleaning of the rooms could be better, if specially the carpet! Not always the soap was resupplied, you have to pay for a tea and coffee in the room.

Pretty good location, just keep in mind that it's up hill, not easy gor elder people, friendly staff, good breakfast, very good spa-zone where you can have different treatments, small sauna and swimming pool

Everything. Very central location. Nice personal. Pool and sauna are open until 22.00 which was perfect for us that arrived quite late on a hot summer evening. The room and the view from the room over the town are magnificent.

The hotel has only 6 parking places. A 24 hours garage is an altermative. The garage is located at circa 500 m from hotel, but be prepared to walk up and down to the hills.

Wellness was included, which was quite unusual and pleasant for us. We were settled earlier, without any problems.

We were supposed to have a superior room (with a free upgrade from standard) , but I am not quite sure what we really got it. The fee for a tea in the room also obscured us a little bit.
