Very clean. Kitchen in the room. Comfy couch, although not quite big enough for two people to sit on it. Just a short walk to the town center.

Spa & wellness facilities aren't included and the cost is prohibitive if not part of a large group. While having a kitchen is great, the supermarkets are at the other end of the town. There are probably better deals right in the center for travellers who don't want a kitchen.

It was an exceptional stay! We booked in advance and when friends of us spontaneously decided to join the host arranged everything even a room next to us. Because the property is located within a restricted parking zone we got papers to leave the car in front of the door. The rooms were clean, well equipped (even the number of forks and knives were equal to the next room). It comes with dishwasher AND tabs. You get towels, paper, shower gel and cleaning is scheduled every two days. We booked the wellness facilities. You have sauna, small pool, Turkish steam sauna and candles and lemonade were prepared and completed the atmosphere. Well done with love for details. You can call the host via telephone with immediate reply. It was a really beautiful stay near the center of town in a quiet road.

Very good location, close to Vřídelní kolonáda. From the center you should walk a few minutes uphill to reach the hotel, but it's not so far. Very friendly staff. Possability to book nice sauna and bubble bath for private use. Big rooms, own kitchen and good hygiene. Possability to use free parking on 10 minutes walking distance.

The facilities were perfect and the service was incredible. We literally felt like we were staying with close family. The owner of the hotel tended to all our needs and really went out of his way for us. Best of all, we were running late to catch our bus back to Prague in the pouring rain, the owner personally drove us to the bus station and we managed to catch our bus right on time. Highly, highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

Top knotch service. While the manager/receptionist didn't speak great English, it was enough to understand him and get by and his level of service was very high. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable and you feel like you're living as a king with how opulent the building and room is.

Not a single thing.

Perfect location, just couple of minutes from the city center. To the city downhill, back to the apartment up the hill.... Room was clean and fully equipped, with good beds and toiletries. Price/quality was very good!

Very nice apart-hotel with comfortable bed, air conditioning, and the possibility of booking a massage and private sauna, steam room, and pool. the manager, while he didn’t speak English well, was ver accommodating!

Comfortable room with kitchenette. Everything in great condition and clean. Coffee facility in the basement was a great plus :) The only thing- I couldn't sleep because there was way too much light in the room at night. No blinds, just a curtain.

Nice clean room. Parking for free possible if you don't mind to walk a bit.

AC was broken on the first day, however it was fixed the next day. Host spoke a bit of English/German, we managed but if you have questions it could be tricky.

This was our second stay in Ferdinandhof, and it was worth to return. The owner is friendly, the facilities are great, and the price for this value is bargainous. The main thing we enjoyed was the reasonably priced private spa, and this is the main reason we will return next year as well.

The kind English-speaking receptionists are no longer employed (probably due to COVID), so there is no reception desk, but the owner lets you in, who is also nice but does not speak English.
