The hotel I think is new! Everything looks clean and brand new. We usually stay at the other hotel across the park but gave this one a try. I can say it was a good decision. The hotel is very easy to find and the door to the reception is very inconspicuous. It will be right there in the corner as you enter the street from the main road. Make sure to park on the one vacant spot in front of the door. It is for check-in purposes only. The check in can be done online or in person. I suggest online as it will make for a faster transaction at the reception desk. The rooms are clean and spacious and has a small balcony. At least ours did. The room comes equipped with an AC and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was on the firm side which what we prefer actually. Bathroom is spacious and squeaky clean and water pressure in the shower was great! Overall stay was great! Almost forgot! The breakfast buffet was fantastic!

It is not such a big deal but parking can be a challenge depending on the time and day. When we arrived on Friday afternoon the front street and basement parking was full. I had to park around the back at a public street parking between the hotel and the park. Parking on the street is free from Friday 19:00 until Sunday. I was able to move to the basement parking the next day and stayed there entire entire weekend.

Extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, very close to Plzen's Old City. A small, wonderful promenade starts right by the hotel.

Either the AC unit was wonky, or I was unable to figure out the controls, but I couldn't get the climate control to work. Had to leave it blasting cold air and switch off manually when the room got too cold. The location, while great, comes with the downsides: there's a football stadium on one side of the hotel, AND a concert venue on the other. Expect noisy evenings. Spacious balcony is non-smoking (but provides excellent audibility of the noisy neighbours in the next room). Water pressure in the shower was way below the comfortable threshold.

Travelling by car, the hotel is perfectly positioned between the main roads and just on the edge of the old town. Despite that, we never had any street-noise, though our room was also probably in the quietest corner of the hotel (towards the inner yard on the 4th floor). The main train station is also not too far away (walkable, if not travelling with a grand piano, probably). Everything was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was great as well.

We arrived from a hotel three times as expensive, and I honestly haven't missed anything here.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location, great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, everything perfectly clean, room comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. There isn't anything fancy here, but it's just a modern, clean and well placed hotel.

Parking spot is additionally paid, quite pricey, but it's a minor issue. Despite of nice view on the green park, there is a noisy street around the corner, which can be heard while windows are opened. However only in the morning. During night, it's rather quiet.

The rooms were lovely, clean and with all you could need. Modern TV's, bathrooms etc. Breakfast was superb - and plenty of it!!! The staff were friendly and nice. its really near the twon centre square and also the Pilsner Brewery (who do a great tour!)

Be careful that not all rooms have air-con! If its really hot you will need it so check. Also, the Hotel is not really a standout building. It has no prominent entrance and you can easily miss it at the top of some stairs leading to the local park!

It is very close to the city centre and yet it was quiet. It has the option to park the car in the garage (for about 10 EUR/day). The room has modern, elegant and very practical furnishing. The minibar was empty, you can get refreshments from the reception fridge which is very convenient for the guests as it offers more variety and is easier on the personnel. All the receptionists we spoke to were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but didn´t offer anything special or local.

Smaller parking spots might be difficult for less experienced drivers or if someone parks his/her car right on the line.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect and they offer a few free parking spaces around the hotel. Alternatively, you can use the underground parking. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. The size of the room was great with a small garden on the ground floor. The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower.

Cleanliness could be improved. There were crumbs and hairs on the sofa and table when we arrived, fingerprint smudges on the kitchen cabinets and the floor didn't seem to have been mopped in a while. It was great to have a smart TV, but when streaming, you could control the streams of all the other rooms and it wasn't clear which TV number belonged to which room.

The hotel is pet friendly and the room was very nice modern and clean.

There seemed to be a lot of strange people walking around the park beside the hotel, we went to walk the dogs there in the evening when it was dark and didn’t feel very safe. The hotel itself was very comfortable, safe and had several security systems, just the general location seemed off in the evening time while it was dark.

The hotel is close to everything I needed - train station, Brewery, city center, public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a small fridge & coffee machine. I appreciated that breakfast was served until 10h30am (11am during the weekend) and checkout was until 12h00am.

My next stay. This time the studio .Clean room,easy check in. Good breakfast.

A few things were missing, such as a normal bedside lamp, a water bottle for guests and an extra small mirror ,the big is not well illuminated. In the bathroom an unpleasant smell where the washing machine was planned.
