really lovely bathroom, stylish room

the staff in the reception is a bit rude

Smack in the middle of the square-couldn't have asked for a better location. A+!! Huge rooms, well appointed, and you can tell that in its heyday, this place was something. Seems a little dated now, but still very big, opulent, and spacey. Would definitely recommend and would stay at again. Can't beat the location, and the price is a great value given what you're getting in terms of location/size and amenities. No air conditioning, though. Welcome drink was a nice touch, and free breakfast was great! with fresh eggs and warm buffet!

There was no air conditioning, and this was not mentioned in the amenities. In fact, it was listed as having A/C. We opened the large windows to ventilate, but even with the small portable fan provided, it was uncomfortable in June. Otherwise, well worth the stay!

The room was beautiful. My son especially enjoyed the jacuzzi! Breakfast buffet was nice with fresh fruit, sallad along with more traditional breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, omelette made on demand, pancakes. The hotel is situated in the heart of Prague within walking distance to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was unfortunately situated towards the street, that was extremely noisy during your stay ( weekend ). The beds are very hard. The welcome drink was a disappointment even though the gesture is nice - a choice between warm wine and orange juice just doesn't strike me as 5 star.

Really close to public transport, close to old town square. the bathroom is nice and modern even though the rest of the hotel feels very classic. Breakfast is actually nice and okay, great choice to avail as most restaurants are closed in the morning. our room doesn’t face the Main Street so it stayed quiet and comfortable at night.

only had air conditioning in one room. the second room could get quite warm during warmer nights.

Location & Staff cooperation

There is no water heater or any kind of coffee in the room, there is no air conditioning in the hotel, the bed is hard, the mattresses are worn out, and the bathroom floor needs cleaning. The view of the water pipes and drainage is strange

The location was amazing, close to everything. Staff was nice and the hotel was pretty clean.

The bed we got had an incline and it was quite annoying to sleep on the 2 person bed. Luckily we had the separated bed also. We had to ask the receptionist to tell the cleaning services to go to our room. I would expect cleaning services to come without being called..

Location was absolutely the best! Could not get any more central and conveniente. The room was clean and spacy. Breakfast was what you expect in a 5*hotel (just).

I travelled with two little kids and our room (suite) did not have a kettle nor mug to make a tea or coffee. I had to warm up milk for the kids downstairs in the hotel kitchen. I asked at the reception and they explained that the building was old and protected. Nevertheless they did have a hair dryer in the bathroom .... so why not a kettle? Either you are a 5* hotel or not,

Lack of Coffee Machine, Dirty Window Hinges, Window payne missing in stairwell, smiling bar staff, and been asked for a tip.

Breakfast was good. the Hotel is in the heart of Prague. except for the Prague Castel, you can all other places only on foot. there are lots of restaurants and bars around and the nightlife in the area is amazing. room was spacious, clean, and lovely decorated.

the temperature was the downside. the first night, they told us that the AC is broken and it will be fixed tomorrow. next night was the same. finally on 3rd night they gave us a Fan!

Breakfast was good, but very crowded and not organized, variety didnt match a 5 star hotel Location is excellent,

rooms are huge and clean, however the description of the hotel includes air conditioning in the rooms and this is only during certain months, We were really disappointed and suffered a lot the heat of the rooms, Overpriced.
