Very good hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Beds are cozy and the bathroom is good as well. Location is just perfect.

Attention: the reception only works from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you have to check in earlier or later , you might have to wait outside.

I liked everything about this great place. Location in the center of Budapest. We arrived there after hours from another city, they left me the instructions on how to get inside the building, the keys were in a box with a code I got, we found everything fine without any problems. The breakfast was fabulous, there was a variety of everything to eat, drink, coffees of all sizes, yogurts, cereals, hams, salamis, breads, eggs it had it all. The room was very spacious for 2 persons, and warm, because I was there end of winter, they also have fans pre summer travelers. Tv had lots of channels in English to watch, not only the news. The bed was firm and comfortable for my body, no issues there. I was able to sleep without interruption from any noise, in fact we were there Sunday to Wednesday and never heard the music from the nightclub. They clean rooms everyday and the place smelled good. Recommend this place a lot!

The taxi to airport was too expensive (not their taxi) but the bright side is there is a main train station just walking distance from here (15 min) and there is a public bus transport bus 409 that goes to the airport every 45 minutes. We walked at 2:30 am and got the bus at 3:07 and it’s only like 2 Euros.

Location was excellent. Walk left for old town, clock etc, walk right for market, 6 days a week, within seconds of leaving hotel. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Room very quiet, never heard a sound from outside or from other guests. Beds very comfortable, shower great, lots of hot water and spotlessly clean. Breakfast 7-10am, very good and constantly replenished. Cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, croissants, pastries, various teas, coffees, cheese, ham, hot food, eggs. Staff helpful, lots of clean cups, plates and crockery. Hotel felt safe, lots of nice guests at breakfast of all ages but no queues.

Hairdryer in room was useless, I’d take my own. No air con so room very hot in June as it was 30’. Check spam for email with late check in details, that’s where mine went so I had to ring hotel from airport, not their fault as they were super helpful.

Everything was generally nice. Clean, cosy, nice big bed, ladies tidying up our bed every day, good breakfast, nice people at reception, excellent location, etc.

A bit noisy (music) from the pub on the ground floor.. The water flowing through the central heating pipes was also a bit noisy but at the same time it worked as a cover up for the music. So, overall, we didn't have any problem falling asleep because of these noices.. Toilet/shower room nice and new but a bit tight around the seat..

We were there in the winter, great location- 3-5 minutes walk to the main square, pubs and restaurants right outside, great amenities (ear plugs and eye masks), super cozy room, super friendly and helpful staff (we were late for the checkout which was supposed to be at 10:30, however, they only called us at 12:11), free gluhwein in the reception area 😜

Personal preference-I would have preferred a wider selection of pillows- they only had big, firm pillows and I prefer the softer ones.

Clean, friendly, very affordable, in the heart of the old town, everything worked. What more do I need to say? One unusual thing that I particularly liked (and that I've never seen in a three-star hotel anywhere before), is the honesty bar, an unlocked fridge in reception, which is unstaffed during the night. Help yourself to a cold drink or two, and pay the staff later.

If you like to start the day with a strong cup of coffee, you might be a little bit disappointed here, although this can be said for most hotels in the world. Because this is Central Europe however, it's absolutely fine to bring your own, and to ask them to give you some hot water and a cup/mug. There's also no lift, which could be an issue for some.

Location was perfect between Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square Breakfast was very good with a nice mix of cold and hot choices Staff were very friendly and helpful and offered to change our room when we pointed out an issue (see below)

Room 220 assigned to us was directly above a disco bar, with noise and music till 3am. A quieter room on the third floor was offered without question. The hotel does not have a lift. This may be a problem for some. It was fine for us. Would have liked to have a Kettle and coffee/tea station in the room.

The location is great. Staff were super helpful, the cleaning ladies even folded the clothes we left unorganized on the bed for us. However, the price for the water bottle in the room is super expensive, around 5 per glass bottle, recommended just to buy water from supermarkets. The water bottle price was not communicated clearly as I remembered. We loved the breakfast, which offered amazing drink choice and breakfast options.

I like everything, however, I wished that the receptionist informed us well about the water bottle fee in the room. On weekends, it could be hard to sleep through since we could hear the noise from the club nearby. But it won't be a problem if you got a room on a higher floor or were too tired to stay alert.

I am sincerely delighted with this hotel, which is simple but located in the very center of the city, 3 minutes away from the Astronomical clock. The rooms are so clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The bedding is also perfectly clean and fresh. The bathroom is small but efficient and functional. Everyone was extremely kind. The receptionist especially. The ladies serving breakfast were always helpful and smiling. Everything was fresh and plentiful. I only have praise and recommendations!

I don't understand those who say something bad about the breakfast and the hotel. I wonder what they eat at home!?

Great location for those who wish to walk around the center of Prague's key locations. It also has great access to transportation so it's possible to get around quite easily. The staff was always amicable and helpful. The facilities, room and breakfast area were always well-attended to and orderly. Would book again.

Nothing of note.
