The apartment is very comfortable to stay. The location is great in the old town of Prague, We are able to walk to most of the attraction sites. The apartment has a kitchen but only plates and pans are prepared. You have to buy all other things (oil, salt, etc.). There are however a coffee maker and coffee capsules and tea bags are offered.

There is not much to dislike but if they could offer small things in the kitchen (oil, salt, etc.), that would make our stay even more pleasant.

The house is in a great location in the center of the old town. Close to everywhere to visit. A very nice old Prague apartment. Moreover, since it is an attic, it is very large and spacious. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace.

The elevator broke down in the last two days, and when we contacted the authorities, they immediately stated that they could not do it. This situation was very difficult for us because we had to go up to the 5th floor several times. The hardest part was taking our suitcases down from the 5th floor when checking out on the last day!

Location is just perfect. The moment you walk outside the building, you start the feel the spirit of Prague. 1 min walk to Astronomical Clock, few mins from Karlův most. Beds are comfortable, living room as well. Temperature within the apartment was great, considering it was very cold outside and we were two families with 5 kids. Kitchen is big, allowing 10-12 people to confortably have a meal.

Kitchen cabinets and appliances are due to be changed. It is very old and it's soon to be falling apart and that cannot be seen in the images. Traces of mold and water damage puddle on the kitchen ceiling. Bathrooms need to be fixed. Especially toilet seats that were damaged when we got there, but it's manageable. Water pressure is very low, so it takes time to finish taking a shower. With that being said - everything above is very manageable, but the amount of dust and dirty floors is where I draw the line. It is absolutely unacceptable to allow such amounts of dust to be generated, especially when you have a cleaning person there after every stay. ( literally knocked on our door at 10:00).

Recommended. A couple of minutes walk from historical Old Town Center. Quiet location despite sharing a common access corridor with a restaurant/bar. Staff communication was good, quick response to maintenance item. On check-in day, staff reached out to confirm arrival. We stayed five nights in Bldg B, Apt 5.5, a attractive, 1-bedroom apt. Plenty of room for two travelers, stated size is 50m². Very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Master bath was right size with tub/shower. The glass shower screen encloses about one-half of the tub. Open concept floor plan for roomy kitchen, dining and living room areas. A half-bath was unexpected and appreciated. Wi-Fi was generally good but spotty in some areas. Power plugs were adequate for charging devices. Apartment has A/C, SDB, dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, large fridge, K-cup coffee maker, toaster. Pots/pans sufficient for basic meal prep and appliances look very new. Building and apartment entry is through digital keypads--no physical key. Online check-in seven days prior. Payment terms: Charged four days prior to check-in.

The location was perfect. Everything that you need is right in the corner. The apartment is nice and organized and has everything you need.

There was no well cleaned apartment.And during our stay ,one of the days we got an unexpected strange water line check. Yes, we received messages one hour before (9 a.m.).You need to consider that we are in vocationtime, and I will not wake up at 8 am. to check if I have some notification, it should be done in advance earlier!And second people who were checking this even don't knock on the door, they straight open with the code and only when they realized we are there they closed and was knocked!This moment disappointed.

We have enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and tidy, we have booked 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed for 4 people and it suits us. The staff was very lovely and friendly, they answer the hotline phone whenever we need them, also for the checkout they didn’t mind to leave our luggage in their office for half an hour. The location is great, 2 min walk to the center. All restaurants and markets are near by you can go by walking. I really recommend this residence in Prague!

Excellent location central to the main square literally about 3 mins walk to the main square / clock etc. apartment was fabulous and spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent for groups!

Only fault was there could have been more bins in the apartment as there was a small one in the kitchen under the cupboards and one tiny one in the bathroom which we filled pretty much within a day between 3 people. The lift in the building also closes extremely fast and doesn’t have sensors so shuts on you. Non of these would put me off staying here again however and I would 100% recommend this property.

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to stay in Prague - we stayed here last year and didn’t hesitate to book again for this trip. It’s in the middle of the Old Town, the facilities are wonderful and allow you to do everything you may need (cooking, washing, etc.) right in your apartment. Contactless check-in makes it easy to arrive and leave, and the receptionist is happy to help out with luggage storage if necessary. We will definitely book here again when we are next in Prague! :)

Although it is super close to a subway stop, the only slightly tricky thing about this property is that if you cannot get a train to that stop for whatever reason, you will have to haul luggage along cobblestones quite some way. No problem if you pack light!
