The location of the hotel is FANTASTIC! It is less than a block up the street from the street market which we visited a few times and just a couple of blocks down the street from Old Town Square where most tours start. The breakfast was remarkable with so many options. The room was very comfortable. We were kind of surprised to learn that there was no air conditioning (being American and from the desert southwest - we honestly didn't think to look for that). But, even being there in late May, this did not end up being problematic. We headed out in the mornings and did not return usually until late afternoon. And the room was consistently comfortable. If you stay here, treat yourself to a meal at Kogo, the Italian restaurant that shares an entrance! It was FABULOUS!

The coffee in the room. There was only a hot pot an instant coffee that was pretty terrible and there were no sugar alternatives either in the room or at breakfast. Most of the other places we stayed throughout the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany offered a Nespresso machine in the room and sugar substitutes.

the only problem is (not a fault of the hotel though), that Bolt/Wolt/Uber taxis don’t drop/pick you up in front of the hotel as the area is a pedestrian zone. So be sure to order a car to some street point and not to the hotel if you want to leave. With the help of google maps you find the hotel from the drop off point, where the car driver left you

Breakfast is excellent. Reception and staff are very helpful and politely professional. Room was big, high ceilings, and with plenty seating spaces and tables - important when you stay a week or more. Quiet enough despite old windows and being in centre of the centre :-) Bathroom was almost luxurious - really plenty space in the shower and outside of it, plenty posh toiletries and pleasant soft towels. Underrground parking for a fee is a great option, they also arrange Airport shuttle if you need it. Let me say again all staff - from receptionists to breakfast serving and room cleaning - just fantastic. Really good at their job. And I'm a picky customer.

Mattress oh mattress, the most important part of the room - one of the two beds in my room had a 'passable' mattress, while the other lost all it's support years ago. Such a well serviced and well positioned hotel - should throw some money for quality new mattresses, and it would be perfect.

The worst shuttle company service strives to zero disrespect in guests' time and do not even answer their calls. This company is not through the hotel. The name of the shocking company is pragtransfer s.r.o dont book this company ...

The location is perfect. The staff response be it online or at the desk was super prompt, well-informed and very polite. Unlike other hotels or apartments I booked on booking.com Breakfast spread was really great. Had enough of food outside as they were all about the same so the change of food is welcoming to start the day. We had the roof top apartment for 4paxs and it was just too beautiful as there is private balcony for us to sit and chill. We had to extend 1 more night but the apartment was not available so we had 2 double rooms on last night instead. Each room is different designed but yet spacious and still very comfortable albeit without the balcony though. Bedding and towels were clean and fluffy. Tea and coffee well provided in room. Highly recommend.

The rooftop apartment had little water flow for showering as compared to the double rooms.

Two outstanding features of this Hotel - the friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk and its location. It's no more than a 10-15 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to go, (shopping, historic sites, restaurants, concerts), but mostly just 5 mins. Public transport is also good, but we hardly needed to use it, except to get to Prague Castle. Jana, a very cheerful lady on the reception desk who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful. We had asked for a quiet room, as my wife is a poor sleeper on holiday, and we hardly heard any noise at all, in spite of the fact that it is in the centre of the city. As an overall package, great value for money.

We had a premium room, which was basically a small bedroom and an adjoining sitting room, plus a fairly large bathroom. However, the furnishings were not very well thought out. Plenty of storage, chairs and a sofa, but no reading light or coffee table provided to sit and read with a drink. The bathroom had very little provision to put out our things - just one small shelf above the sink and that was it. Small irritations, really, but a little more thought and effort here would improve the experience for guests.

I spent five nights here with my daughter on 19th April 2023. I booked a twin room which, on arrival, was upgraded to a room with a king size bed and double bed - brilliant! All the staff were very helpful and charming and the breakfast was excellent with choices for all tastes. The Italian restaurant next door was also first class, as was El Gaucho steak restaurant just a few yards down the road. The hotel itself is just around the corner from the Old Town Square and couldn't be more ideally situated as the rooms are very quiet. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel is basically inside city center with a lot of tourist attraction near. The breakfast it was awesome, everyday they changed something so that you wouldnt have the same omelette every day. Even if i wanted bacon every day, i could found a replacement for it :) The staff were very helpful

There were some minor problems that we tried to solve it on the spot, such as: the light inside the mirror couldnt be switched off so we had to had permanent light in bathroom and this could be annoying for a kid. Also the shower drain was not functioning properly and you were in constant water while showering. Taking into consideration that you could easily hear sounds for other rooms, I would like to appologise to my neighbours if my kids woke them up early in the morning :)

The location is really good as you are 3 min walking from the clock. The room was really nice, with tons of space (we stayed in a triple room) and with comfortable beds (one of the two beds was not great on one side, which was a bit weird). The staff at the breakfast were extremely friendly and there were tons of choices so you never get bored. The night staff at the reception was also very kind and helpful.

Because of the good location it might be a bit noisy during the night. Also, I think if they would remove the carpet from the room would be an amazing room, but that's a personal taste.
