The location of this hostel is fantastic! You are pretty much on top of Charles bridge in the centre of old town. You could not be in a better location for being in the middle of Prague history. The building itself is also pretty old and historic giving you a lovely vibe when you're staying there. The staff are manning the tourist desk as well as the hostel so are there until quite late at night as well as being super friendly and helpful. It's all stairs as expected from an old building but the man on the desk helped me with my bag which was very much appreciated. The rooms were some of the largest I've seen in hostels. I was in a 6 bed bunk room and there was so much space as well as a communal area with sofas etc for chilling, big windows out onto the street and a kitchen/sitting area. I saw a couple of people there with laptops on calls so good for working/digital nomad activities also. Overall enjoyable experience and a great base for touristy activities especially on foot. The trams are also super close both ways - either 5 mins walk to the tram up towards the castle or walk over the bridge and then trams right there into the new town.

The beds themselves were not the best. The frames are quite fragile metal ones that move whenever anyone gets in - bottom or top bunk - and the mattresses were so soft they fell into the base grooves a little. I had to move out of my first bed because the metal bar of the base was digging into my back and I was afraid I'd hurt my back. The second bed was better so it could be just that first one was an exception but worth being aware of. I also partook of the washing service and 2 of my items went missing, it seemed a little chaotic and the turnover of staff because of the rota meant that trying to investigate finding them again was almost impossible so I just gave them up as lost.

The location was great, it was right at the doorstep of Charles Bridge. The room was very spacious and the beds were separate i.e. not bunk beds so was easy to get in/out of bed. The bathroom was also very spacious and private with a huge shower, make up mirror and hair dryer. Locks were also provided for lockers which was beside your bed. There were kitchenette facilities where you can get water, heat things up etc and apparently you could get reception to make you a tea, coffee or hot chocolate although I did not do this. Free luggage storage after check out time.

As it was not bunk beds, it meant there was less privacy and was like a school dorm and you're fully exposed to everyone else in the room. The toilet was also in the same room as the rest of the bathroom so if one part was occupied, you needed to wait. The locker was just a cupboard beside your bed with a flimsy lock so didn't seem very secure. The bed was comfy but the pillow was a bit too big and the bed was tiny so couldn't really turn without almost falling off the bed.

VERY Good location. Many tourist destinations around near the area. Supermarket can also be reach in 1-2minute walk. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating even they are busy with their other business downstairs. Beds are comfortable. Even if the building and rooms are old, they are using modern KEY CARDS :)

It was summer when I stayed here so its a little hot. I hope they could invest in Aircondition during summer. I hope air ventilation on shower could be improved. When I shower with hot water, the smoke stays a while in the shower room.

VERY friendly staff! Room was clean and comfortable and although we had trouble with the television, the person on duty was extremely helpful in sorting it out. It was surprisingly quiet for the location, which is right at the end of the famous Charles Bridge. I don't think there could be a better location/deal when visiting Prague with limited time. Great coffee and discount in some cases when booking excursions at the front desk. We stayed there with two teenagers and would do it again! There's a McDonalds very close by and a small convenience store across the road. Don't bargain on doing any real "grocery shopping" nearby though...

Although not a problem for us (just maybe inconvenient), there are a LOT of stairs, and as they are quite old, they are sloped in places. An interesting trip back to our room with two lovely cups of coffee (free from reception)🤣. Wifi was not great, but we had EU data so not a huge problem. The only thing that we really found problematic was that there were no blinds in front of the windows and the bright street lights made sleeping difficult. I can see that being a big problem during summer months especially when days are longer!

Right next to Charles Bridge! Mixed dorms were large and had individual entrances for each floor, so it kept things semi private

Bathrooms/showers could have been cleaner, and mattresses are probably due to be replaced. Kind of frustrating on our last night- 4 people checked in at 1am (no problem, typical for hostels) but the front desk staff came up with them and gave them the tour at 1am 😕😕 They were pretty loud guests to begin with, but then having the staff give them the rundown right outside the door was pretty rude. Would have made more sense to instruct them to quietly get into the room and get some sleep, then come down first thing in the morning for the WiFi passwords and all the rest

This is the best hostel I ever stayed at. Firstly, the room I received had no bunk beds! It was such a comfortable stay. The room was clean, neat and spacious. We had our own bathroom that we shared and it was so nice and clean all the time. The location was also just amazing, just as you leave Charles Bridge you find the hostel. There is a grocery store across the road as well as some great restaurants, gelato shops, and souvenir shops nearby. Bus and tram stops are also just at the top of the street so its super convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would add.

My stay here was so welcoming and i couldn't fault it at all. Staff were friendly and you could banter with. Even got me out of a jam when the weather was bad and needed a taxi urgently to the Airport Location to the town couldn't be better as you pretty much step out onto Charles Bridge in view and it gives you a good chance to walk it conveniently when no tourists are around. Rooms were large and the beds were quite well spaced so you didn't feel like you were hemmed in at all and the rooms were well heated. Would definitely come back here for future Prague visits.

The room was beautiful: it had relaxing colours, an adorable kitchenette and a terrace. Both the room and the common bathroom we're clean. The bed was more comfortable than my own, we slept really well. The staff was very nice and made sure everything was perfect for us: there was a missing slat in my bed upon arrival (not visible, I could only feel it when I tried the bed out) but they fixed it as soon as we told them. The location is perfect for exploring on foot.

There are no shutters at the windows and the curtains are not thick enough, so the room is never really dark. There's a 1cm gap between the room door and the floor, where the corridor light reflects at night. I solved it by covering it with a cloth and it was much better. I suggest to install thicker curtains and to close the gap under the door, it would make the place perfect. The place can be noisy depending on other guests, but simple earplugs were enough to silence them completely.

location couldnt be more central - right at the charles bridge maybe a bit on the nose though. 3 of us stayed in the apartment and it was very spacious. shower was good and relatively new. beds were comfortable. heating is good. (we stayed in march)

apartment could do with a little renovation. as it is attached to the hostel part it could get quite active at night depending on who is staying there. was quite expensive but comparable to the rest of prague at that time (easter)

First of all, I appreciate that they offer separate rooms for women. I stayed in a room that was only for women for one night. Even though the view from our room overlooked the center, ıt was silent. Staff; The woman in the reception introduced the hostel to me well. She was smiling, sincere and courteous. It was great to have free tea and coffee in the hostel. I enjoyed the room amenities. Room facilities; The room included, a towel (free), sheets (they were very clean) a bathroom, a hairdryer, cupboard (ıt is enough to put small luggage), bedside lamp (for everyone) and seven single beds, however this was not a problem because the space was rather large. There was also a toilet, bathroom and kitchen on the floor we were on. Location; The location is exactly at the entrance of Charles bridge where is located in the heart of Prague. By walking, you can get practically anywhere. The astronomical clock (old town) is 15 minutes away, while St. Vitus Cathedral is 10 minutes away. Trams to the airport leave at stops about 2 minutes' walk from the hostel. There are several restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. If you stay here, I definitely recommend you to enjoy the view by walking at night on Charles bridge. The washing machine is 100 CZK (approximately 5 euro) They offered me the opportunity to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out which I appreciate because carrying the bag on my back for long periods of time was a problem. I liked the place in general. I paid around 18 euros, although I've seen better places for a similar price, so it could be better, but if I will stay for a long time, I think there are important issues like cleaning that need to be improved.

The pillow was extremely thin and uncomfortable, as did the duvet, and despite the fact that the room was cold, the heater was turned off. At night, I was quite cold. In the bathroom, the hand towel was not put into a machine, making it unsanitary. Besides, you had to remove the cover manually to toss waste in the garbage cans, which was not very hygienic.
