It was a conveniently located hotel to several key locations within the main city. Staff were friendly and explained alot in detail upon check in. They also booked excursions on your behalf too. Breakfast was adequate to get you started in the morning.

Whilst the bathrooms were clean, linen could do with complete replacements. Found a hole in my duvet and towels were rougher than should be.

We stayed in room 318 for a week. The room was very big and nice, with good heating system, the beds were comfortable, big bathroom and finally a shower cabin that's not leaking! Good location. The breakfast was good and diverse and if you leave before it is served in the last day, you can ask the staff with at least 24 hours ahead to bring you a "breakfast box" (we didn't know it was an option so we've missed it).

I didn't like the shower gel, but my boyfriend was ok with it - it's subjective, no big deal. (note that there is no shampoo separately) There were no scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The hotel has great service and the rooms are very spacious. The location is perfect, in a calm street without traffic, but close enough to the old city center that you can reach it by foot (15-min walk). The river balks are within 3-min walk. Right next to the hotel there is the legendary brewery U Fleku, which is worth a visit. In the surroundings there are also bars, clubs, theater and opera, so you don't really need to leave the area for cultural activities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The breakfast offers a great variety of food, and we liked it a lot. To make it even better, my suggestion would be to offer good coffee (either with ground beans or filtered)

We liked our stay in Pav Hotel. Location - close to all the sightseeing places. Room - ours was in C section, 3rd floor - clean, cosy with all the necessary things. Bathroom - very clean, had a hair dryer, foam for hands, liquid soap. Towels are changed upon request. We ordered a tea and coffee set (5 EUR /DAY), it had plenty of tea flavours, coffee sticks, sugar sticks and cream sticks. Breakfast - beyond expectations, I don't understand people who write that it was poor(I wonder what their breakfast at home looks like) - we had different sausages, potatoes, fried and boiled eggs, beans, lentils, vegetables, salads, several types of cheese and ham, salami, butter, jams, granola with milk, different sweets, coffee, tea. After such breakfast we used to eat only in the evening, as it was enough to keep us walking all day. Receptionists were all very helpful, arranged an airport pickup for us, and on the leave date they suggested we leave the luggage in the luggage room after the checkout. If we come again - summer would be great - I will come to Pav Hotel. I read some negative comments like holes in the towels or not so white bed linen, well, no comment here.

The only remark I would leave is about room for breakfast - the ladies are trying to clean the place quickly for other people to come and sit, but PLEASE, let them clean the plates not on your table while you are still eating. It happened to us once, at our table, and I understand the reason, but it is not very nice

We really loved the room and the location. Closer to the restaurants , tram station and some of the historical attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable bed. Even if you check out, there is a luggage room for guest where you can keep your luggage safely.

The breakfast buffet was quite okay but the part we didn't like is they don't refill the hit items like salad. We stayed for 5 days and everyday it happened. Buffet was from 7.00-10.00, we went at 8.15 to eat in our first day, but didn't find the salad. When I asked the servitør to refill, she said it's finished. 🙁

Really great location for tourists. Everything can be done just walking. Comfortable beds and big bedroom

The breakfast room is not prepared for taking many people at the same time, so we tried to go earlier as otherwise we’d have to wait for available tables.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was good and everything was as expected. There was no air conditioning but we knew that when we booked. The location was perfect and easy to walk to the main tourist locations. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby too. It was a bit noisy first thing in the morning as there were some street repairs going on outside, but that was just bad luck with timing. All the staff were friendly and reception were very welcoming and helpful. There is a 24/7 reception.

Breakfast was rather average. There was sufficient range of choices to meet most tastes - cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats, cooked options, but it was not as lovely a spread as we've had in so many european hotels. The bread rolls were disappointing and some of the sliced bread seemed almost stale. On the last morning we had breakfast early and found a much fresher and better selection of bread - perhaps we needed to get up earlier!

Everything was perfect for our stay - the room was spacious, clean and with comfortable furniture. I was pleasently surprised with the hairdryer in the bathroom. There is free wifi and smart TV (incl. internet), which was awesome. The heating through winter was also excellent. The breakfast was very generous with variety of choices for different tastes. The hotel is well located in the city center, ideal for walks and sightseeing, close to restaurants and shops. The check-in was easy and fast, the checkout too, with option to leave your luggage for free at the luggage room. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel experience and would recommend it!

Excellent location, there was a good variety at breakfast and there was a bath in the room which is always a bonus! There are pubs and bars close to the hotel and a tram stop close by. It was about a 15/ 20 minute walk to old town (the market square), so it wasn't bad at all (especially for the price), but I would suggest using google maps when you are walking to make sure you choose the quickest route.

Tea and Coffee facilities in the room would have been nice but other than that it was excellent value for money.

Breakfast was great! Lots of different and good food. The breakfast stuff was very good, polite and helpful, especially Tanya and Halina. The location was just great, near the Karl bridge. Lot's of restaurants and coffee places around. Transportation close by. About 12 minutes walk to the old city. A small grocery across the hotel, and a bigger one just 10 minutes away. The reception stuff were great. Good English. Very helpful. The room is big, very comfortable. Great shower, daily supply of clean good towels.
